Real customer support
I ordered some boxes with lids. Having moved house, didn't open parcel from several months, but when I did I found that the lids were absent. I emailed customer support just once, and without further chasing they emailed me back, kept be informed from time to time, and resent the whole order, with lids, despite the long delay since my original purchase. Add in a freephone number prominent on their website and it is clear you have a UK company that that wants to stay in business by helping its customers. That is I am finding, a rarity. Well done.

I ordered five 1/2 inch float valves, in the picture the nuts were brass but what showed up were plastic nuts, emailed the company to see if they sold brass nuts separately or would take them back and iv never had a reply

I completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the plastic nuts supplied were not suitable for your intended application and resulted in you having to purchase additional brass nuts separately. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Not the first to have a missing water butt.
Oh dear! I have the same problem as Michael who reviewed 3 days ago. Ordered set of two water butts but only one arrived. Telephone staff tried to be helpful but was told I have to order another set of two and they would collect the first one. This is not satisfactory. It has to be the responsibility of the company to resolve this. I had arranged help on my allotment to install a water collection system. I am now waiting for the company to collect the first butt before they will give me a refund, consequently even more delay whilst I buy from elsewhere. It can’t be beyond Cromwell to send out 1 water butt, especially as I’m not the only person to have received a single item.

Rapid delivery time and professionally packaged
I intentionally sourced more known reliable quality heavy duty needle scalers from Cromwell as they seemed to be the only stockist in the UK. Yes there are plenty visually packaged all singing foreign wanna be needle scalers out there but reliability and quality is all that matters during on site time is money deadlines or sudden shutdown windows of opportunity to complete tasks in hand

You can improve by not offering items for sale on your website which can only be purchased with a min quantity of 10 when they are advertised with an individual price.
