Great Product, Poor Delivery
Great product at a great price. Nicely packaged and presented. The only thing that let this one down was the delivery. Said it would be delivered between 0800 and 1700, but didn't turn up until 1745. Not only that but despite me waiting for the package to be delivered, the driver didn't ring the bell and just left it propped up against the door. When I checked the POD, it said the package was signed for by someone called James. My name isn't James, and there is nobody else in the building with that name. Classic courier performance!

Good usable tools at sensible prices.
Pricing is sensible on a large range of industrial tools. Quality levels are consistently good, this is a company I have used since the nineties. Delivery is on time and uses a reasonable courier service.

We want to use Cromwell more but the…
We want to use Cromwell more but the past 2 orders have been difficult. DHL dont deliver within working hours. We order next day as we actually need the pieces that were ordered. Both times DHL have tried to deliver outside working hours. I have wasted a lot of time calling Cromwell to track deliveries. We did receive the order in the first case 6 days later, the second 3 days later. I even waited behind one night to receive the goods and DHL did not arrive as the tracking suggested. Too much hassle

Ordered 09.10.26 - We have still not recieved these goods - Supposed to be out for delivery from DHL on 13.10.26. Out again for re delivery 15th and then when queried was promissied out for delivery 15.10.26 before 4pm. No explanation why not delivered or any attempts for delivery. But Still not arrived.
We need this tooling on site in Swansea so this is causing major issue. Really bad service DHL are offering cromwell
