Order not recieved
Placed an order over a week ago, normally service is excellent but this order has not arrived. I called up to chase and was told that it was down as delivered. Told the operative that we had not recieved the order and was told that they would look into it. still have not heard anything despite me chasing the order again.

Excellent customer service.
Ordered some ground flat stock 50x3mm & 40x3mm, first parcel was lost by DHL, Cromwell shipped a second set, this went ok till DHL dropped parcel at the wrong address, DHL went back to collect and deliver to my house. Though out the process Cromwell organised DHL to get things right - excellent service.

The collets were excellent the case…
The collets were excellent the case less so the ER11 collets were too short for the foam interior and were hard to pull out I had to saw off 5mm pieces from a 12mm dowel and insert them in the hole to raise collets up so I could grab them.

Not good, in fact a waste of time
What can l say, you slowly despatched my Allen Keys and DHL PROMPTLY LOST them, why do you have branches that carry no stock, seems a waste of time. Not as good as a few years ago when l was working full time,

Product broke after a couple of uses.
Getting a replacement has been a pain. Poor communication. No sense of urgency. No tool as no-one has communicated with me to sort out the replacement. I called on Wednesday I sent photos as requested. Then next day I asked for confirmation via email. Then received an email asking for the photos again! Then on Friday at 4pm I called again. Spoke for 20 mins, and still none the wiser. It's now the weekend and still no communication or replacement tool!

Processing a return- after days we still had no notification how to return so I had to chase. Then to receive an email stating it could be a saturday for which I then queried to be told no it wont. All very unclear.

My recent experience has been mixed. Mostly my orders have been great. One of my orders went missing at a depot and the second order looks like the same has happened. I chased this on Monday 19th October and I still have not had an answer to where the replacement is or when I will receive it.
