We ordered VCI antirust paper
We ordered VCI antirust paper. The first roll arrived damaged and I fed back information and sent images, and a replacement was sent promptly and the damaged one was collected. The 2nd roll was exactly the same and at this point further information was fed back to the despatch team regarding wrapping or should I say lack of it, so we went through the same process, despatch a replacement and collect the damaged item. We are now going through the process again for a 3rd time and its getting a little ridiculous. At the time of typing, we have 3 rolls delivered, none of which have been wrapped for protection, and at least one of the ends of each roll has been badly damaged meaning we cannot mount the role on the dispenser.
The situation has apparently been escalated and I am awaiting a response to advise what Cromwell are going to do about this woefully lacking service.

Ordered a product that at the time said delivery next day etc but after not receiving the product, I noticed the order confirmation stated delivery due by April 2027! I wrote a couple of emails and got no response whatsoever so then had to do an online chat to find out what was going on. Not impressed!
