The filters dont fit old used hose connections, so we will haveto wait until we buy a new hose and see if they fit tightly , a caution that this could be a possibility would have been appreciated , maybe for future customers , no offer to refund or return was forth coming ,so we note for future sales if any

Hi Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry the delivery took longer than you expected.
Orders that ship from our Sydney warehouse can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
We flag this at checkout, but we know that doesn't make a long wait any less frustrating.
We've reached out to you directly via email to make things right.
If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder or feel free to reach out to us and we'll sort it out straight away.
Thanks again for the feedback, it helps us improve.
Warm Regards,
CPAP Sales
