Great prices and a very good variety of stock.
The staff (particularly Kareena), had great product knowledge and were able to explain and teach the benefits of every machine they had in stock.
I had been to two other local retailers, both of which were happy to give the prices (for purchase and rental) of the products they had in stock but no explanation of the benefits each model had. I never returned to either of them. I can well recommend NSW CPAP; great value, knowledge and after sale advice for any problems or issues you may have encountered. Give them a try.

David at Dee Why was great when I needed to purchase a new CPAP machine.
He went through all the functions and help me set up the App.
He fitted my mask and I have been using my new machine for 10 days and it has been wonderful.

It took a while for my package to arrive with no communication for a week . BUT , I was then contacted to say they had stock problems and posted it express post . Thankyou !

Service was first class. I purchased the Mini unit for overseas travel. The unit works well but I was unaware that it is a little noisey with the humidifier so close to my nose n20. I will adjust to the sound and the small Resmed unit is great for travel.

We were on holiday in Port Macquarie when the nasal mask I had purchased in Canberra about five to six months earlier started causing breathing issues and was found to have what appeared to be black mould in the mask vent holes despite cleaning it daily. I contacted NSW CPAP who confirmed it was mould. I needed a new nasal mask and the staff in Port Macquarie helped me through the task of purchasing a new nasal mask which is now allowing me to breath easy during the night. Excellent Service.

Fast efficient ordering and delivery

Your initial phone contact system is appalling and not conducive to good customer service. I had problems with the products. These were opened ( of course) but not used yet you refused to accept a return. I will be following up with the ombudsman but please know after many years with you (and thousands of dollars spent) I will never return to NSW CPAP. Are you seriously telling me you couldn’t receive my return and then “hygenically” repackage? You have demonstrated lack of customer care

Customer service was excellent. Despite the wrong size mask being originally sent the mistake was promptly corrected and a paid return postage bag supplied.

It was a small and strait forward transaction. The staff member was great and very pleasant.
