The CPAP is wonderful
The CPAP is wonderful, however it isn't actually off grid ready, There's no battery with it. I had to spend another $200 to get a car convertor after it arrived so it didn't ruin our 4wd trip.

Hi Peter,
thanks for the feedback and we're so glad you're loving the CPAP!
Apologies that the power options weren't clearer before your 4WD trip; we're reviewing our product page so it's obvious that batteries and car adaptors are sold separately.
If you need help choosing off-grid power for future trips, just reach out and our team will gladly assist.
Safe travels,
Travel CPAP Solutions Team

I have an air mini
I have an air mini, and it does not connect at all.
There are also no instructions regarding this problem.
If this cannot be solved, I will require a full refund.
Travel CPAP advised that I need to get connection pack for is ResMed air mini, which I now have and it is working beautifully.
I did not realise this when I ordered the new nasal mask, that it needed another connection to work. They were very helpful in solving my error.
After using my new cpap mask, wow!
Absolutely love it, so much more comfortable to sleep in. So glad you guys helped me solve my issues.

Hi Lynne,
Thank you for updating your review, and we're glad your AirMini is working beautifully with the right connection pack!
We noticed the rating still shows 1 star, so if you feel we've earned a higher one, we'd really appreciate you updating it too.
Happy travels, the Travel CPAP Solutions team.
Brilliant, very speedy!
I live in the UK and had my delivery within 5days from dispatch. I expected it to be atleast 20days or so. Very pleased I ordered from here.
