Weight loss program
I have been on a weight loss program with them for 5 months now. Thanks to dr. Julia for helping me gaining my confidence back! I am almost back to my normal weight now and feel sooo good, better than ever. I can't recommend them enough. It's so easy to book online and I can buy the pen at any pharmacy in Spain while I am travelling around the country. Thanks again!!

It has been working for about three or four years now. Our phone is also available for calls from 9am to 5pm. We also explain all our services on our website so it is easier for patients to check.

I was able to get an appointment right away, spoke to a nice doctor, who was thorough and checked my most recent blood test before prescribing. The prescription came through within minutes. Great service.

We do have physical hospitals around Spain where we can refer you in case it is necessary but, as we say on our website, we aim to treat our patients online so it is more convenient for you without having to be waiting for hours in a hospital's emergency room. However, if your situation requires it, you can be referred to one our of hospitals.

I would be very wary of using this group because it may not be legitimate. I went through the booking process, it didn’t accept my payment, but I had given my passport number and date of birth. They didn’t chase me to ask if I was still interested. I suspect a scam and am worried about giving this information.

Hello Elisabeth, when the system doesn't accept the payment, the appointment is not booked. If the appointment is not booked, we do not have access to any of your information. We can only access the patient's information once the appointment has been succesfully booked. Most of the time, if the system does not accept the payment is because another patient was faster booking the same time slot you were trying to book. You just needed to give us a call or send us an email about this and we would have happily helped you sorting this out.
