Finding quick to a doctors in different countries is sometimes difficult as norms and procedures often differ by country. The telehealth doctor was incredibly quick to respond and helped turn a painful tooth infection into a controlled issue within minutes. This allowed me to continue enjoying my vacation without having to consider returning to the states.

It was emailed to my email account immediately and I took it to nearby pharmacy and got it within 5 minutes. 24 hours later, she’s feeling better. The only online Dr you will ever need
Many times I have used their services and without it fail, it has been the smoothest most seamless process ever both of the staff, as well as doctors are extremely attentive and even take the time to follow up just to make sure everything went smoothly and a bit very few times I’ve had a problem. They have within five minutes, resolved everything and got me on my way being that this is the case. I will continue to use them and recommend them to the highest degree.

Amazing service, was out in Portugal and needed a GPs help, got the email to pay the 30€ then my link to join a video call with the doctor and then my receipt for antibiotics!

The response time was quick (several minutes within putting in a request), the Dr. was thorough, and he typed out the necessary prescriptions and sent them via email, which I was able to confirm receipt of, all while we were on the call. He was in Barcelona and I was in Porto, and it all worked. The local pharmacy had no problem with the prescription. Far more efficient and less expensive than an urgent care / hospital visit.

Needing help with a stomach bug…
After becoming infected with a stomach bug in Santiago, it was important for me to get back on my feet and continue my journey home. The consultation was arranged very quickly and conducted very professionally. A prescription was forwarded by email, and accepted at a pharmacy (Cruz Verde) without problems. I highly recommend this service!!
