Fast, helpful option for travelers!
I reached out at 3am and by 3:30am, there was a doctor available to meet! I had great service - from the person who informed me of a possible wait time to the doctor to the diagnosis to the treatment. I was able to get the correct prescription for a fast recovery. Greatly appreciated service when far from home!

Found this to be an unprofessional experience - the doctor answered while sitting in a restaurant in Spain. Had trouble hearing me. Was very nice but overall would not recommend.

No consultation
Having become sick in Peru (May 2026) I searched for a quick way to seek medical advice and came across this clinic. I filled out the online consultation form and received an email that a doctor had reviewed my case and received a payment link for 30 Euros to proceed. After making payment, I was then sent a video link. I joined a video call and I waited on the call for over 50 minutes for a doctor to join. No doctor joined. During the 50 minutes wait time I sent 2 follow up emails to Traveldoctors.es asking when the consultation would begin. I received no response and have lost 30 Euros. I feel scammed.

This is an amazing and convenient service
This is an amazing service! I was travelling in Spain and started to have UTI symptoms. After a little research I tried this site and it’s awesome! Very quick to respond, easy to fill out the form and Dr. Rossi was friendly , and very helpful. All you have to do is take your QR code prescription to a pharmacy and it’s filled immediately. I will keep this link handy and use again for sure if needed!

Needed a fairly urgent consult for our son
Needed a fairly urgent consult for our son when he fell ill during our family trip to Lisbon. Filled out a form, made a payment and got connected to Dr Rossi, all within 15 minutes. He asked the right questions, sent a prescription to my phone, and I had it filled at a local pharmacy. All in all (including consult fee and meds) , it came up to less than 50 USD. Very very satisfied with this service and the help we received.

I was in Peru waiting for immigration clearance to Ecuador. I developed an emergency and contacted them. Total of about 4 hours from initial contact to prescriptions in hand. Not bad at all for a monday morning.
