Schuhe zurück, Gekd nicht
Habe mir Schuhe bestellt und leider hat die Größe nicht gepasst und ich musste sie unter großen Umständen zurückschicken.
Auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert und ich suchte mir selbst die Indormation auf der Website raus, wie man etwas zurück schickt. Jetzt warte ich seit 1,5 Monaten auf die Rückerstattung. Kam nichts. Ich meldete ein Problem über Paypal und der Fall wurde geschlossen, da sie mein Paket nicht gefunden haben.
Schon alleine, dass keiner reagiert ist schon verdächtig. Hätte ich bloß vorher die Rezessionen gelesen :(
Dirty socks
Wow the other reviews are bad. Converse sent me a dirty pair of socks, their resolution was not to offer a replacement but to return them, their email didn't include the return label it said it would and even when returned it would take over 20 days to actually receive a refund.
Takes over a day for each reply to an email.
If you want anything Converse the options clear, don't buy direct.

Ordered a pair of shoes
Ordered a pair of shoes off of the website that said they ran big. I ordered and the size I usually take. When the shoes arrived, they were actually small. My toes were all the way at the edge. I called to make a return, and the woman told me I would be fully refunded. A week later I got a refund for $10 less than what my credit card was charged for the shoes so I called the woman on the end of the line just kept saying we only give free shipping if you order over $75 and didn’t or wouldn’t respond to my situation. I will never order from there again for giving then 10 dollars for absolutely nothing

Compré unos converse me quedaron grandes e incómodos. Lo realmente decepcionante fue descubrir que no aceptan devoluciones ( y posiblemente cambios) Incluso cuando el producto está nuevo y sin uso. Parece que aquí el cliente debe adaptarse al zapato, y no al revés. No lo recomiendo. Hermosos los modelos, lástima que si te quedan grandes, la tienda te deja con ellos puestos... increíble atención al cliente ( nótese la ironía)Política de la empresa, informan que no es posible un cambio. Incluso cuando el producto está nuevo. No me envían el código de pedido que exige la empresa para devolución/cambio. Francamente, resulta decepcionante que una marca de esta categoría no contemple políticas mínimas de flexibilidad postventa. O sólo afecta la experiencia del cliente, sino también la percepción de la marca. Han respondido con una actitud burlona e irrespetuosa.Ests falta de profesionalismo y el incumplimiento de derechos básicos como consumidor no sólo es inaceptable, sino denunciable. Jamás imaginé que una empresa que se dedica a la atención al cliente creyera que la burla y mofa son formas aceptables de comunicación. No sólo se negaron a dar solución a un problema legítimo, sino que respondieron con una falta de respeto inadmisible. Falta de profesionalismo y ética. After buying a pair of high tops for my daughter that completely fell apart after 4 weeks I was eventually credited with vouchers that:
1 : was limited to what I could purchase with them
2: seemingly have an expire date on them
After giving up I reordered another pair to be sent a completely wrong product- returned instantly and have had to chase up my refund after 1 month to be told have to wait another 8 business days for my refund !!
Absolutely will not be using converse again.

If I could give zero or minus rating I would! Ordered 2 pairs of chuck taylors, received 1 pair of custom hightops 6 sizes larger, obviously not my order. Emailed customer services and the response I received was a discount code for 15% off my next order, despite me sending a copy of my original order confirmation and images of what I received the email made no reference whatsoever to the incorrect order being sent.
I then called customer service to be advised that it was on me to return the incorrect item, wait upto 14 days for my refund and then reorder! When I pointed out what a dreadfully poor service, the operator promptly hung up on me.
I'll return the item and await my refund but sadly will NEVER be ordering again.

Schoenen via converse besteld vanwege de korting. Helaas lijkt het erop dat postnl de zending kwijtgeraakt is (de tracking informatie is al dagen niet meer bijgewerkt). Nadat er niet gereageerd werd op een email die ik daarover gestuurd had, heb ik maar gebeld. Ze gingen het 'onderzoeken' en dat zou wel een week duren. Ik denk dat het minder tijd kost om een nieuw paar gympen op te sturen.

My first Converse purchase was in 1990 for $50, price now close as double, but the quality is droped. Shoes lighter with 30 gramm, quality of canvas is not the same, inside of canvas is something strange something foamy, lace is poor quality. This is not the same as original Chuck was. I'm very unsatisfied with that.

I am going to try extremely hard to be as polite as possible but this will be as impossible for me to do as it is for the customer service department at Converse to speak proper english. My last few experiences and giving each customer service representative the benefit of the doubt, more times than I should have, I'm unable to give the benefit of not doubting everything about this company, ever again. To start off, however many supervisors there are in charge of the Human Resources department as well as the Human Resources department itself, whether it's one or one hundred thousand, they should all be terminated immediately. In America, we speak simple, basic english and if someone is unqualified to speak simple english in America, that should be the very first disqualification for all applicants, applying for a job that specifically requires the one and only skill of "SPEAKING." If english is not a skill, which can easily be identified during the interviewing process, you don't hire them. Just like mechanics, such as myself, do not apply for a position in the I.T. department at Microsoft, doctors don't drive dump trucks and pilots don't perform surgery. It's basic common sense. Do not expect any positive results from customer service at Converse. Canceling or changing an order, even if it's immediately after a transaction, it is impossible. You have to wait until you receive the unwanted or unchangeable order, then return it, wait for your refund, then purchase the correct item you wanted, originally. It's worse than horrible. A 45 minute phone call on a Saturday, with zero results. "Converse," love the shoes, hate the company. CONVERSE, READ YOUR REVIEWS AND DO BETTER! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

dont bother trying to cancel your order
The people on the phone were nice and all but my problem is with their "cancellation window". I bought shoes that I did not want and I wanted a refund for the shoes so I called to ask if they could cancel my order. The lady on the phone tells me she sent in the request and I would get an email shortly, so, the next morning I wake up to an email saying my request was denied and I immediately call back to ask why. This time it was a new lady and she told me their "cancellation window is very short" which makes me really mad because I called them about this not even one minute after I placed the order. So, now I have to wait until I actually get the shoes to return them which I understand is fine because I can still get a refund but I was not told this over the phone the first time. It's also much more work than just cancelling my order which I still don't understand why they couldn't have done because I cant even start the return right now since the product hasn't shipped.

Ricevuta mail di conferma dell' ordine, ho scoperto che il venditore si era “inventato” un indirizzo di consegna facendo un collage tra quello da me inserito e quello del mio account Paypal usato per pagare.
L’ indirizzo generato risultava, ovviamente, incomprensibile.
Interpellato in proposito, il Servizio Clienti mi aveva risposto che il problema lo dovevo risolvere io chiamando il corriere per dargli l’ indirizzo corretto.
Oggi (28 apr.) il corriere, come ampiamente prevedibile, mi ha spedito una mail in cui mi notifica il reso al venditore causa "indirizzo sconosciuto".
Leggendo i commenti di altri clienti, mi pare che i problemi riferiti alla consegna siano numerosi.

Wow, it's no wonder Converse.com have such an awful review rating!
I ordered a pair of £90 customised converse and chose the cream laces and cream soles. Took 2.5 weeks to deliver so not a quick service. They arrived with white laces and white soles. I contacted customer services, who shockingly have taken no responsibility for this mistake. Despite screenshots showing I ordered the cream options, and pictures showing the white laces and soles on the pair that arrived - they have told me even if I ordered them again, I'd still receive the white pair due to how it looks on their website! In that case - why do you advertise options for cream if you will only produce and sell white?? There is no mistake - they are not a paler shade of cream that looks slightly different to the website - they are pure white, as white as the badge. They should have apologised (rather than trying to gaslight me into suggesting I am unhappy with the customisation I made and can't tell the difference between white and cream) and offered to send out the correct pair I ordered immediately in exchange for the pair I received, or at least offered some sort of discount.
Appalled.
