I will NEVER order off of their website again. I chose apple pay as an option and it changed my shipping address. I immediately called after i hit submit and realized the address was wrong. The agent said there is no button to update shipping address which is dumb! he said instead he would cancel the order. I get an email today stating that they couldn't cancel the order and that the shoes have to get delivered and then I have to call back and give a reference number in order to issued a refund. I am literally livid. Granted...its my fault but there is not reason why they cannot update the shipping address immediately after placing an order.
Terrible Service – Paid for Home Delivery, Lied About Delivery, No Support
I ordered from Converse and paid extra for home delivery. UPS falsely claimed they attempted delivery — but I was home the entire day. No one rang, no one contacted me, and no delivery was made.
Now the parcel is being sent to a pickup point, which I explicitly did not choose. I paid for delivery to my door, and I expect what I paid for.
Worse, customer service never responded to my message. When I called, I was told that Converse will not follow up with the delivery company. So essentially, Converse charges for a service, doesn’t provide it, and refuses to take responsibility. Completely useless.
I would not recommend ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

habe Freitag 12 Uhr die Schuhe bestellt, zwei Stunden später kam die Benachrichtigung, dass die Ware versendet wurde.
Samstagmorgens um 12 waren sie dann da
so einen schnellen Versand hatte ich noch nie
die Qualität der Schuhe ist auch top wie eigentlich immer bei Converse daher habe ich absolut nichts zu bemängeln.
Für mich hat sich bisher jeder Kauf gelohnt. 😊
Not a good experience
My nephews shoes were sent in just their shoe box no protection from the weather etc. arrived damaged and wet.
Postage sticker and tape over the box ruined the box. So I strongly recommend not purchasing from converse if you are buying a gift. Get them from elsewhere.
Customer service were awful and said I could purchase a new pair from them with a small discount. They wouldn’t offer anything else and didn’t even care about the bad service.
Not what you would expect from a high end brand when forking out on expensive kids trainers.

Dovrebbero dare la possibilità sul sito di modificare da soli i dati di spedizione prima di essere effettivamente spedito il pacco.
Per contro, giudizio positivo sulle scarpe che mi sono arrivate in ottime condizioni e nuove, e ho potuto effettuare facilmente il reso .

After placing my order 35420350 6/7/25 I received an email 9/7/25 saying Your Converse order - sorry it takes a little bit longer than expected. After patiently waiting until today 18/7/25 I called to cancel. Upon calling the advisor told me that the order was cancelled. The email was sent in error and they never took the money. It was just on hold. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. No point buying off of these again no guarantee I’ll get my item or communication to tell me it’s been cancelled.edit email did come regarding cancellation but confirmation came after that. And still sent message in error regarding delay

Absolutely the most disgusting customer service I ever had. Purchased a pair on sale for my daughter and when I received the shoes, they were extremely bulged out by over a half an inch which I took photos of and that was told to do a damage claim and they denied me saying this is normal (who the heck wears shoes that bulge out a half an inch) this is not normal and the stitching was completely off. I spent over two hours of my time on the phone with them in order to remedy this and their only solution was they cannot exchange them. I have to return them after doing a damage claim and being denied because it was not severe enough to the person behind the desk. That person should be ashamed. Even though my pictures depicted a very misformed shoe. And matched with their description of being defective without a doubt. So I have to return these shoes and hopefully they’ll price match the same sale price I paid for them to begin with on a new pair. That was thier only solution but it’s not a guarantee and whenever you buy shoes from them, you cannot simply exchange for same shoe color and size like any other company. Whatever happened to customer service certainly Converse does not pride themselves of it. They don’t stand behind their products. They do not stand behind the customer and their voice and their concerns when they receive a defective item and I assure you they will receive back these defective shoes and resell them to some other poor person. I do not recommend buying anything from them at all. I am absolutely shocked by how they treat their clients.
Excellent Service!
After viewing the bad reviews I held my breath after ordering the All Star trainers I wanted. I ordered them on Sunday, they were dispatched Monday & were delivered on Wednesday. On Monday I contacted Converse as I had given the incorrect email address. I was given my order & tracking number which I could track on Evri. The service was excellent & I love the trainers which were in the sale.
On Thursday I received an email from Aramis in customer service who had originally given me my order & tracking number. He was following it through & confirmed it had been delivered.

Manufacturing Fault - awful customer service
Every year, I buy a pair of converse. For the last 4 years, I have bought Converse chuck 70s as they are the most comfortable. I buy 7.5 and they have consistently been the same product but in different colours and fit well. This year, I bought a pair but the right shoe felt very tight around the toe from top to bottom. As they are the same style and size, I didn't think too much about it and didn't wear them much for a few weeks. I thought it would become more flexible with a bit of wearing in but it didn't. It must be a manufacturing fault, as the height from the base of the shoe to the top of the toe section is smaller, so it constantly squashes top of the toe and is very uncomfortable. As it is over a month since I bought them from ASOS I contacted converse. They told me that I had bought the wrong size, despite the fact that it is the same size I always buy. The discomfort from the shows has caused my foot to swell and become painful. I have had to stop wearing them as I am starting to avoid walking from the pain. Fortunately, I have switched back to my old pair of 7.5 Converse Chuck 70s, which are comfortable and it is starting to improve. Converse won't replace them, so I have wasted all that money. There is no reason why the right shoe would be have significantly less height in the toe section than the left and all of the other pairs of converse Chuck 70s. I expected that Converse would have good customer service. It is very patronising to tell me that I don't know which shoe size I am, but somehow they know. I have sent several messages to them, but they refuse to replace them.

Esperienza PESSIMA. Pacco mai ricevuto. Il loro spedizioniere dichiara di non avermi trovato (falso, quel giorno ero in casa proprio in attesa della loro spedizione). Nessun secondo tentativo di consegna, ha deciso di sua sponte di lasciare il mio pacco in un punto di consegna a 20 minuti da me. Chiamo il servizio Clienti, mi dicono che non riproveranno a consegnare, che sono problemi miei: se voglio vado a ritirarlo a 20 min da casa, altrimenti mi arrangio, peggio per me. Mai più!
Not good service
I'm not too happy with converse website. I ordered my shoes and said it will come a curtain date. Every day the date kept on changing the date. It took a few days after the first date was shown. It also took a while for them to first take my shoes into the truck.
It could be only my experience though.

I placed an order for two pairs of limited edition shoes.. I did receive an order confirmation on my email, but when I look up my pending orders on the converse-account it doesn’t show and when I press the button “Check Status” on the mail I received it goes directly to “Bad Request - Invalid URL”. Now.. I’m sure that this is just a technical error due to it not being registered yet. This would normally not make me concerned or question the liability of the seller when we’re talking small cooperations, but this is converse, which is the exact opposite - A big cooperation. One should think, that converse has enough money to have good tech behind them, to make sure that their customers feel safe and secure. I therefore contacted customer service, but that left me question converse even more - The person I talked with could not see anything, no orders showing when I gave her the order number, no orders connected to my email address, and the fact that she used the word “yes” every fourth word she was speaking, so annoying, so questionable.. No! Not yes.. this is so NOT cool, yes? Get straight converse, yes? Make an effort to make your customers feel secure with you, yes?, ESPECIALLY when buying items from you, yes? worth quite a lot of money, yes? And please learn English and speak clear when you’re in the business of customer service.
Converse is very questionable. I would definitely reconsider when shopping here. Choose a smaller reseller instead, their customer service is usually a lot better.
Oh, and Converse says on their own website, that if you’re doubting which size to get, buy more than one size and return the one that doesn’t fit. Now.. when I tried to do this, it says I can only buy one pair of this shoe. I mean.. What The actual F?!!
Comfort fit.
In the last 9 months I have purchased 12 pairs of Converse High Tops and Malden sneakers. You might say I’m a little obsessed. The sizes are perfect as advertised and the selection of colors are amazing. Wearing the Chuck Taylors for 40 years. Very satisfied.
CONVERSE ne gère pas ses commandes
CONVERSE ne suit pas ses commandes, et surtout, fait appel au pire des transporteurs: UPS.
J'ai commandé ma paire il y a 15 jours, ne la recevant pas (elle est bloquée en transit chez UPS depuis 10 jours), je contacte le service client.
On me dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire tant qu'ils n'ont pas reçu la paire et que UPS va la leur renvoyer. Donc, une fois de plus, UPS ne fait son taff et c'est au client d'en supporter les conséquences.
