Commande qui devait arriver le 30 avril mais Converse laisse le choix à UPS de modifier la livraison sans votre consentement. Aujourd'hui mon colis est dans un UPS Access Point sans que je sache l'adresse (il faut 7 jours pour le récupérer) le service client laisse à désirer. Plus qu'à trouver une solution de dernière minute pour un cadeau d'anniversaire. Merci Converse.
Really bad customer service & customization software
I placed a fully custom order on converse.com and they created my shoes with the wrong midsole color (the rubber around the sides and the toe area). When I reached out about the issue they claimed that I "left that field unspecified", which is nuts. There are three midsole color options: white, off-white, black. I had chosen the off-white midsole because the majority of the canvas I chose for the shoe was also off-white. I know that I customized every single aspect of the shoe and even sent them the mockup photo the website created as proof... but they dug their heels in and said that they would do noting at all to correct the error. I should also note that it took them a full week to respond to me and deny my claim. If you create a custom order on their website I suggest you take screenshots of every step to protect yourself because they don't give you a written list of all your specs at the end so all you have is the photo mockup which clearly they will ignore when it's a subtle difference like white vs off-white. News flash: subtle differences matter to someone who paid extra to fully customize a shoe.
p.s. - There is a lot of info online about sizing down in converse and I can personally say that if I had sized down form my normal shoe size I would be SO mad because my normal shoe size fits great and a smaller size would hurt my feet. If you want a specific style, go try it on in person somewhere before ordering online.

La qualité du tissus est médiocre au point de se trouée après les avoir portées, les lacets sont ridiculement petits....Les prix s'envoient mais la qualité diminue à vitesse grand V!!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I placed an order through their Australian website, and the parcel was delivered after being signed for by a complete random person, where it was subsequently stolen. I had not authorised anyone else to sign for or receive the delivery, yet the company has refused to take any responsibility for this.
As a result, I am now out of pocket over $130 for shoes I never received. The lack of accountability and support is extremely disappointing. Deplorable service.

Beware. Converse recently changed its return policy on Converse by You custom orders. Prior to 3/1/25 custom orders could be returned. No longer so I am stuck with a pair of sneakers that don’t fit. Will never order from them again. This policy change is not easy to find oof their website. It could be a warning when u start to customize.
Converse has the worst customer service…
Converse has the worst customer service of a US company that I have encountered. They say they have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects, which includes flaws in stitching, but they do are not accountable for their products. I bought multiple pairs of the same sneaker, one of which held up fine wearing them for over a year. The normal wear and tear you would expect. When I started wearing the other pair I bought (same model), the stitching that held the elastic upper with the bottom of the shoe started unraveling after just a few weeks. I filed a claim, and they denied it. Super disappointing, and I want to warn other customers to shop elsewhere with customers that honor their warranties and products.

Attention aux couleurs proposées par converse, surtout pour les baskets customisees, ne correspond pas du tout à votre commande. Mon souhait du rouge que l on constate bien sur le résultat final et l on reçoit du rose pâle.
Lors de la réclamation on nous confirme qu il s agit de la couleur cherry balm… Bien loin du rouge montré sur la dernière image juste avant le paiement et sur le récapitulatif de la commande après paiement la basket en photo avec le porte clef (que je réceptionne à part quelques jours après la commande est bien rouge).
Ne faites donc pas confiance à l image proposée et lisez bien entre les lignes…

Habe aufgrund der falschen Darstellung der Versandkosten in Apple Pay versehentlich Expressversand für Sage und Schreibe 15€ ausgewählt.
Das ganze aber erst nach erfolgreicher Bestellung bemerkt. Und dann festgestellt dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt die Bestellung zu ändern oder stornieren. Wenige Minuten später beim Kundenservice angerufen. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass auch am Telefon keine Stornierung/ Änderung möglich sei. Ich aber einfach die Paketannahme verweigern soll und den kompletten Betrag inklusive Versand zurück erstattet bekommen würde. Das konnte ich fast nicht glauben und habe es mir nochmal am Telefon bestätigen lassen. Und siehe da, nach Verweigerung des Pakets wurde wie bereits von mir vermutet natürlich keine Versandkosten erstattet. Dh. Ich habe 15€ bezahlt damit Converse Schuhe in der Welt spazieren fahren darf… Nie wieder!!!

I ordered a pair of custom Converse - the embroidery is terrible! It has no structure to it, which I found surprising because a non-custom pair with embroidery was a lot better in this regard. Very disappointing

Disgusting excuse for an international…
Disgusting excuse for an international well known company. My seriously ill 14 year old daughter wanted me to order her a pair of converse as a treat on Feb 10th 2026. She'd saved hard for them. They were never delivered.
I contacted the company regarding this and after filling in all the relevant forms I was offered a refund, which never arrived. After waiting days for a response from them via email I contacted my bank to do a charge back and was then contacted by Converse to say because I'd started a charge back they'd cancelled the refund. Not possible as I started the chargeback 10 days after they said they had "processed the original refund".
Since then my bank has been investigating it and Converses financial department have been lying and if I hadn't kept all my email correspondence with them admitting liability I'd be a pair of trainers and £65 down.
They are pushing me to drop the chargeback in order to refund me. Which I won't do as if they then dont refund me I cant reopen the chargeback case. Totally Sly and under hand tactics.
Today I have had an email to say they have refunded me but they won't provide me with the refund confirmation email ive requested. Funny that.
They are a global business wholly unconcerned with if they screw over customers. Customer service does not exist here. I will never use Converse again. I will use a 3rd party who stocks Converse.

Crap customer service and poor quality shoes recently. Long standing customer.
Bit of a shame. I've wore Converse clothes and shoes for 30 years now. However quality has slipped recently. My latest black high tops have lasted 3 months before soles are peeling. After contacting them online they won't replace and I've got to jump through hoops to get them return and wait for weeks for a refund. Customer services seem less than bothered. Never again. Seems a common theme from recent reviews. Have spent thousands over the years. Never again.
I love the style of converse shoes but…
I love the style of converse shoes but the quality has dropped so greatly in the last few years that this most recent pair will be my last. Bought a pair of leather all star and only lasted 3 months before they were leaking because the soles had worn away. The pair before that lasted only 6 months so that's around £140 for 9 months use.

So far so good. Ordered customised hi tops for my wedding. It said 6-8 weeks delivery but arrived within 3 ! Exactly how I wanted them to look too. I haven't wore them yet but so far so good ! I love em !!

Hice el pedido un jueves y me llegó al martes siguiente, ni una semana, el envío es gratuito, yo pagué con paypal, no sé si eso influirá y la verdad que al correo me llegaba puntualmente donde estaba el paquete. Me lo entregó correos express.

The quality for the shoes is really very bad. I spent almost sgd 80 to purchase a pair for my girl to wear to school. The sides of the shoes already torn after wearing for a month. Previously I bought a pair of shoes with no branding for sgd 40 and it can even last for a year. I will not purchase this brand anymore as it is not lasting.
