After numerous failed attempts over the past year I contacted this company and, with patient assistance from staff on the telephone I was helped through the process and was successful at the first try. Highly unprofessional people. Upon renewal for use of address services they have automatically charged my card. Despite telling them few times to cancel the service and refund my £221 they seem to be ignoring my request for over 3 weeks
