Quick and easy with good support
Overall it was a good experience with excellent onward support. There was someone available on the helpline within a short wait, and there was also a good and timely response to the support ticket we raised. in terms of the process for setting up the company, it was relatively quick and easy to do. It is worth being aware that there are a number of add-ons offered once you've made your company submission. Some of these I found useful - e.g. the banking partners - and particularly the summary of services offered. Some were easy to ignore, for example, accountancy, as we already have that in place. Some, the challenge is you don't know what you don't know - i.e. do I need Google Business Standard or not - and is a 20% discount good value if I'm buying a higher level of service than I actually need at this point. It would be nice if you could come back to claim the offers later, having done some research on what else is available and knowing what you actually need.
