Companies NOT-MadeSimple after payment.
My business partner and I went on the Companies MadeSimple website to setup our company in the expectation of just 3 hours. We have been at this for days now with no success and zero access to human support via a WORKING phone number.
We sent our details and attached ID & Address verification with the website and CREDAS Mobile App SUCCESSFUL message at the end. The next moment we see our status bouncing back to UNSUCCESSFUL.
Meanwhile our money is still with the website and company portal. ZERO HUMAN SUPPORT. Why sell this illusion of 3 HOURS ??? PLEASE GET THIS SORTED @ Companies MadeSimple !!! …it’s not that simple after all !!!

Great support for a complex process

Information change
It’s a shame the IT department doesn’t take calls because it made it harder for us to update our details. The process given by the first call taker said we needed to send an email and we don’t need to do anything else and will take 3 hours to complete.
Second call taker of the day then explained we do need to reply to a email and send in information, no change had been completed or worked on.
Overall the email replies were very fast once we understood what we needed to do.
