It's a transactional website with not much support
It's a transactional website. Says one day for fomation but been waiting whole week. Not good enough support provided. Also no update or prompts are given at each stage. ticket replies take way too long. better go with other website that do this and much faster and cheaper.

Our formation service can be completed in as little as a few hours, but this depends on the required ID checks being completed and processing by Companies House. Unfortunately, there can be occasions where this takes longer than expected due to the workload at Companies House with them initially providing the Personal Codes and then reviewing the application.
We’re pleased our team was able to respond promptly when you contacted us for support, and we’re sorry the overall process took longer than you anticipated.

Lets be clear, the service was and support is excellent specially from Khadijah but the process was frustrating due to the ID verification process imposed by Government regulation. I am amazed by the comprehensive products and services they offer.
