Highly unprofessional people. Upon renewal for use of address services they have automatically charged my card. Despite telling them few times to cancel the service and refund my £221 they seem to be ignoring my request for over 3 weeks

Helpful support while setting up our new company
We used Companies Made Simple to set up a new limited company. During the process, I had a minor issue with the ID verification and called for help. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service. Once the information needed for the application was confirmed, we were able to submit it to Companies House. The subsequent issue relates to information held by Companies Houses system not showing correctly as this can sometimes take up 72 hours for the director information to show from the time the company was incorporated, which is outside our direct control.
We appreciate this has been frustrating and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
