The Underfloor Heating room package was delivered on time and came wrapped neatly on a pallet. Excellent service from Collister and Glover

Staff were very helpful but website stock level does not represent actual stock kept.

very good ....and very quick......and good prices.will use again....

Great choice of products and great service. I needed to change a leaking 1.5" copper compression fitting and the fitting I bought was good quality and was delivered quickly.

First class service, very easy to order online.

Excellent value for money and item turned up promptly and well packaged.

Due to change in requirements had to return item before it was installed and the return was dealt with efficiently and politely.

Excellent communication throughout. Clear easy to use web site. Good competitive prices

Not great. Urgently needed 2 Philmac fittings for a repair on a plumbing system in a large conference centre. Spoke to Colglo on the phone and they confirmed they had the fittings in stock at their Dee side branch. The earliest they could get them to me was 5pm the next day but I needed them first thing the next day so we could get the system back up and running. So one of our team drove over that afternoon (40mins) and collected the fittings ready for the morning. When I looked at the fittings in the morning, Colglo had put the wrong ones in the box! The fault was theirs, which they admitted, I had ordered the wright part and the paper work showed that but Colglo and made the error and miss read the item number and put the wrong ones in the box. I called them straight away and thought under the circumstance, knowing how urgently I needed the parts and the lengths I'd gone to the previous day, that they would send someone out in a car to give me the correct one. But no! they said they weren't able to help. I would have to drive over again, 40mins each way to change the parts, before we could then go to work on getting the system back up and running. Thanks Colglo! not even an offer of a discount, very strange. First time I'd used them... probably wont again.

Very efficient service! Will definitely buy again.

I purchased underfloor heating products and had many questions everyone was very helpful and quotes were easy to understand delivery was on time and wrapped very well
Would recommend this company again

fast delivery and excellent pricing many thanx

Got exactly what I wanted and in a relatively short time.

The part was delivered in good time but the packaging was not adequate.
The parcel was delivered by the courier but it had obviously been repacked in a second bag after the original one had been damaged. The box containing the part was torn and wet. The part had suffered a knock but it has been accepted. Attention to improved packaging should be considered.

Very good communications on order progress and shipping. Great value for product that I ordered. ( best price I could find on internet for high temperature limit switch)
