Next-Day Delivery Promised, Still No Delivery After 8 Days
We placed an order for a brushcutter and grass trimmer on 19 July 2026, which was advertised with next-day delivery. However, as of 27 July 2026, we have still received no update about the delivery and have not been contacted regarding when it will be delivered.
The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. At this stage, we are genuinely unsure whether this is a legitimate website or a scam.

A little confused
A little confused. I ordered a petrol hedge trimmer which was In stock. After it wasn't dispatched within the specified timeframe, I checked my order .... out of stock and won't be dispatched for about 40 days. The confusion here comes from the fact I've had emails from both The Power Site ans Hyundai themselves. Who am I dealing with? I've tried calling twice to no avail, the order has no option to cancel so I've submitted an on-line request through Hyundai to cancel. Both the Power Site and Hyundai have the same contact details and no customer service email. Very frustrating to say the least. To add more confusion, the auto response email is coming back under the banner 'Genpower'.
