Help fixing PAT tester
Steve Jackson was extremely helpful throughout the process. We had a technical issue (transferring/uploading data between the meter and software) with our Metrel PAT tester which he managed to fix. His knowledge of Metrel products and systems is second to none and he managed to resolve the issue promptly.

Be prepared to wait and wait !!
Ordered a new analyser and waited and waited for it to arrive. Finally phoned customer service after 3 weeks . The assistant couldn't explain why it hadn't been sent, assured me he would investigate and call me back. No surprise as he didn't call me back. Not impressed. The analyser has now arrived.

Having looked into this, it appears the delay was caused by an issue with our stock and administration.
While this explains what happened, it certainly doesn’t excuse the experience you had.
We’re also particularly disappointed that you weren’t called back as promised. This is unusual for us, as we pride ourselves on providing good communication and keeping customers informed.
We’re pleased that your analyser has now arrived, but we completely understand your frustration and apologise sincerely for the inconvenience and poor communication. We’ll be reviewing this internally to help ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Everything arrived perfectly
Everything arrived perfectly, just as expected. The only issue was that I overpaid for next-day delivery; I placed the order on Friday, but it didn't arrive until Monday.
