We paid extra to have the meter shipped…
We paid extra to have the meter shipped in enough time for our test campaign. Not only did it not arrive on time for when it was supposed to be delivered, it completely missed the entire project finally scheduled to arrive two days after when it was supposed to arrive. Extremely disappointed as it left us scrambling very last minute.

To help clarify what happened with the delivery schedule.
Your order was placed on Saturday afternoon. While you did select the expedited shipping option, that specific service requires orders to be placed by 3:00 PM on Friday to meet the delivery timeline you were expecting. Because it was placed over the weekend, the shipping clock began when our dispatch team processed it the following working day (Monday), which unfortunately pushed the arrival date past your project date.
We want to make this right if the item, so if the equipment no longer of use to you, please drop us a line with your order number. Our team will assist you with the next steps for a return.
