Club Factory 

One of worst experienced I have ever with this Club factory team..They are cheaters.They even not returned back Rs 131/-from last six months because of non delivery of goods.I was written several letters to them and they gave me reply me they will returned me within seven days and they send it to their accounts department. Frankly speaking they are full of cheaters in their team.

this people are worst in the industry, i have ordered 5 items and only 2 delivered , SO i have raised dispute to bank .... lets see what will happen , these people are not even recieving the call on customer care //// NO 1 3rd class people in industry ...... the worst people ...will drag these people in Customer court for sure

Club factory is the absolute example of mismanagement, they don't uave any control over their courier services , they took almost 1 month and m still waiting for my shipment ,after so many compliant to update my mobile no. They are giving me time but I cn see nothing happend..
₹5000 shipment is not yet delivered.
I got why Amazon and Myntra are leading giant because they serve their customer well
On the other hand club factor is highly irresponsible..
I advice all not to buy anything from club factory becaus if your shipment is traped due to any reason you will have to go the extreme mental truma ..

I wish i could give no star cause it doesn't deserve at all .. commn it's been A month and more i have oder my stuffs and it's not yet delivered and funny thing keep getting messages that failed to deliver cause of WRONG ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER .. gosshh!!! When i keep getting my oder in this address every month and they says wrong address ??and when i get no calls from any delivery person than how comes they contacted me ? And customer service agents every questions i ask them comn all they agents gives the same reply i mean do you guys copy paste the same message or what 😂..
Just waiting that will i get my oder in this life ???? Thank God it was not prepaid or eles my money would have been scam by them ...

I have worst experience with club factory. I bought a dress on 19th Nov which was delivered to me on 13th Dec (in 25 days).
I have ordered it for some special occasion and due to delay that was over. I was not needed that product anymore, so called customer care service to cancel the product before it will get deliver to me but unfortunately it wasn't done. It got delivered and when I have returned the product, I have charged 90/- rupees for return service (deducted from my refund amount).
One more thing, I have got 65/- rupees as a compensation of delay in delivery which I applicable if I will buy any thing worth 600/- or more.
In simple language "you are paying for your suffering and customer care will understand it and sorry for it but can't help you in any ways"

I Ordered a watch and paid online but I never got any details after placing order, I kept following up with customer service team which they kept saying order is placed and I need to wait for 3 to 4 daysore, even after 20days I didn't get any feedback or information about my product, very bad experience shopping with club factory, I will never recommend any one to buy from them.. No professionals at all..

Most hopeless online store and the biggest cheat of all. I regret writing this review as it does not even deserve it.
I bought a pair of shoes and they were never delivered but marked as delivered. Customer Care guy said Sir wait for 48 hours (like they have a habit of bluffing and then deliver the product later). When i call after 48 hours, Sir please click a picture from the App showing your product was delivered abd post it on online chat. WHAT? You don't have access to your own portal (website or app).
Anyways, one word PATHETIC in every sense.

Pathetic app to shop here , they don't have any commitment value for their delievery , your money gonna stuck if u gae down the prepaid order , donot use this application for online shopping. No body responds if you call them on their given number . Genuine advice donot shop from club factory

One of the worst ecommerce store in India. I could only say horrible products with horrible customers service and one thing I don't understand, from which planets did they ship their products. It takes more than one month to deliver the products. Beware of the quality of the products sold on this store. They mislead the customers by showing shorter shipping days of 15-17 but takes more than 1 month to deliver. Disgusting e-commerce store of the 21st century. Moreover the contact number they have mentioned in their store is outdated and the online chat is automated, which means you would not get live help from human. Be careful before planning to buying from this store. Their are thousand of best online store in India where you will get quality product of you pay some 5-10% more price rather than going with this horrible online store.

When you return your product company less Rs 90 deduction from your money. This is very cheated company. This type of site and should be banned.

Very bad service they do not give information about our product the customer care service is horrible my opinion is that this app should be banned or they should change customer service staff horrible uneducated staff hate it very very bad experience

I returned an ear ring set but u people didn't refund my money it's very bad ☹️😞 don't shop in club factory don't loose ur money

I placed an order on 17th June. It was supposed to be delivered to me on 3rd July but I haven't received the order yet and it's 24th July today, like more than a month!!
The order is still stuck at custom clearance from 24th June, actually a month and none of the representative is willing to help me with it.
Now I'm not even sure that I'll get it or not.. will never use the app again!

please be careful with this online store Club factory, i ordered a bluetooth sports headset worth AED81.00 and they delivered a very cheap product which is worth AED10.00 in AWOK.COM.

they are asking me to deliver the item back from dubai to KSA as they dont have any pick up collection facility!!!

I ordered and paid for 6 household items in October 2018 and I qualified for free shipping as my order was over 1000baht I waited 6 weeks and then was contacted by a courier company telling me I had to pay the shipping charges of 700 baht which I refused to pay and I contacted clubfactory who said unless I pay I would not receive my order but I would not pay soI asked for refund but was told the goods had been destroyed so no refund I did not receive my order and no refund I would warn everybody not to deal with this company they are liars thieves and also in my humble opinion lowlife scumbags who have no morals or scruples I live in thailand
