Hi.. before 1 week we purchase a Kerala sari...we got that...but the product was low quality and damaged...and the size was too shot..bad service.....my order number is SO381733463...we can't use that sari ..and I want to get my money back

This is a chor company. I have returned the products in the month of December 2019. Till date 05-06-2020. I tried on their App to get my money back. Even after as per their guidance, gave Bank details and Mobile no. Etc. It says to withdraw money speak to customer care. And the executive didn't answer properly. Since 6 months my money they are utilising.
Please careful while dealing with this CHOR company.

My name is Rishi Ubrani I order a shirt from club factory because of the Worst quality I had to return It and now the club factory customer care says the shirt didn’t went through the quality check and so we cannot give the refund and we will not return you the shirt as well. THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND WORST QUALITY SHIRTS. I NEED MY REFUND BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. ORDER NO SO267769629.

I will ordered 2 same type of product in single time but they gives me only 1. I will refund it and they not give my order or money I lose 1300 rupees today is 5th month this is so great company in this world plese don't buy any product from this froud app it worth ad no proper system in this app how to make it fast deliver fast it takes upto 3 week for your order if cod.

This app is give cod for more customers but this app not manners for us

This club factory website is total waste of time and money. Not to believe it at all in any respect, no quality, not in colour, not in size. There is no proper customer support also. Trying is also waste of time.
I have test purchased two products from this site and tried for immediate return, but failed through the site details.

I ordered one product but they didn't deliver and didn't give my money back. Customer service is very poor. I have complained its already more than 3 months gone but still issue is unsolve. They are cheater.

This is fraud website. When I ordered boAT eardopes they send unnammed wrong product. When I contact to the customer support, simply they told this is not belongs to us. This company cheating us. They stolen our money in official style. This is completely fraud.

Worst shopping app and worst customer service.its been more than 30 days I haven’t received my refund and people on calls are making fake promises.

Worst online shopping ever. Delivery guy not picking up the calls . Asking to do the online payment when the package is not deliver on the hand. Suppose to deliver on 17th March. Waited till 21st march Saturday . No response either delivery guy and customer call support team. You guys very worst than Corona Virus.

Hardly deserve any star for rating......I ordered a hands free headphone it already delivered In 10 days and within 3 day pieces started coming out........and if i attach it to my phone to listen to a call ...its doing everything other then making me listen to the person on the other end

This is the worst app.these are fake guys.
I ordered shoes they were of really poor quality so I returned them.they denied to refund on the basis of poor quality
I didn't even take the product out from packaging.they didn't even give the product back to me so they took money and the product
Such cheap people,frauds, fake
I request everyone to boycott this app or you will have to face some serious loses they are not trustworthy.

hi 1 st time i was shoping in club factory.. me odering one of wareless handfree for your website. that oder time you will we take 3 to 4 days.but till time 7 days ago but me din't recived my parcel with your Said.. nd your flide boy not pick my call my order ID:-So274444788

The site is a fack one. They do not listen to customers complaints. The customer care number is not working and there is no way of communicating with them. I had purchased one coat from them and had returned the same as the size did not fit. The return was rejected without any valid reason but I am yet to receive the returned product. E mails to the company is not answered and there is no other way of communication.
Even the products sold seems to be second hand i.e., used.

These guys are fraud.
I have received a wrong product from club factory and when i tried to return that product, they rejected my return request saying the product was wrong.
Now don't have the product and also lost my money.
This is ridiculous guys.
Stop being jerk and stop stealing money from people.

Your money is gone, if you put for a refund. They will never give back your money & your product is also gone. By the way the product is also having a poor quality & fake products.
