Club Factory 

Ordered a coat for the winter, said i would take 5 days but it took 10 days and when i got it i was for the wrong gender and in really bad quality. Not only that but the bag hade a blood mark on the inside.

This company is a complete fraud. Do yourself a favor and not order from them!!! They sell knock off designers with poor quality.

Dreadful quality, waited over a month for delivery of 5 Jumpers and they all need to go in the bin !! Not at all like the advertised pictures and no information sent about how to get a refund for these shoddy goods !!! STAY AWAY from this site is the best advice I can give.

Do not order from here. Ordered and paid for 3 pairs of running shoes and a top. Received a fake pair of Oakley horrible sunglasses. They are having a laugh. SCAM SITE. Not even 1 Star if there was a minus star option they would get it.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. They do not give you the correct order. They take your money, send you damaged products, wrong size on purpose and give you NO REFUNDS. Still waiting for a refund. It’s been 3 months already !

I have ordered 3 dresses from club factory and have not received my order ..it's been almost 2 months and I can't even track the order. ..they don't respond to emails..

The fraud online shopping sites. Don't trust anymore. I have lost my money. Please don't don't don't buy anything from this website. There are no customer service and no help line number. Be careful.

Would have given this website 0 stars if possible but please do not order anything from Club Factory!!! I ordered a dress which is now 12 days late and the tracking information has also stopped updating. The live chat on the app is operated by robots, completely useless and the staff are never online themselves. Club Factory are not responding to any of my emails and other reviews on their social media pages either.

I had ordered sports bra from here and it's showing that the product is delivered . I don't know how it's possible they haven't delivered any stuff and they are messaging me that your product hve been delivered . Like what and I m trying to report but it's not happening . Totally disappointed from them . And I hve spend 200 for that which goes waste of money . I want my money back

It is the most useless app. Never shop from it. I ordered small size but i received XL after 2 or 3 months. I suggested everyone to never do shopping with this app if you read few good comments. Thank you

Should be zero stars. Order but still not received despite I received an email clearly mention the delivery date. No use to chat with them, you'll receive only general answer and always looking for excuses not solving.The people on chat have no idea when order will be fulfill. I would not recommend this Company

Please do not buy any product from club-factory they are cheating customers.

1. I had ordered for socks but i have received different product i have been following up with customer care but they are not responding me properly.

2. I had ordered for Bath Towel but i have received face towel

3. i had ordered for woodland belt but received cheap footpath quality belt

I ordered the thing and they r not ready to take return 1 month onwords I am calling friends please don't buy thing from here ...waste and fake

Its fraud site, i suggest you guys dont buy any product on club factory site.

They will give you different and used products, do not go for product price almost all product on this site are not a good quality(not a original product).
I had bad experience, i have ordered two products on this site, 1st order got different item and 2nd one not delivered but got delivered message. I have took multiple followup to club factory customer care but they just making us fool and not taking any positive action, i frustrated doing complaint again and again but no resolution till date. Also called multiple times to the delivery boy but he also not receiving the call. Main think delivery agency is not a trust worthy. My suggestion to all not to buy any product on this site.

I had ordered Mi wireless earbuds vide order number SO275077968.Earbuds I got was used one and left side bud was not charging so Returned the product and Pickup guy checked it and I take photo of Pickup details from its phone.
Now after few days they rejected my refunds stating that product they received is not matching with Order sent. So I applied in arbitration - this is a option in club factory and told him everything that pickup guy itself checked and attached the photo of pickup details which I take it from pickup guy and now they morons clicking picture of the empty box and saying they received empty box and rejected refund again.
I just want to warn you guys don't go for CLUB FACTORY .. they are lairs they attract people showing low price and will loot your money.
