Gorgeous reindeer rug
Super service, great website, gorgeous products, spolit for choice. Eventually settled on a reindeer rug, oh my gosh how absolutely amazingly gorgeous is that! Arrived within 2 days, safely packaged. I just love love love it!!
My dogs think its a new pet so they walk round it and sniff it suspiciously which is pretty hilarious.
I really dont think i have been so pleased with a rug for such a long time, beautiful, thankyou City Cows x

I placed
I placed order on 30 November. It did not arrive when City Cows said it would arrive. I rang and chap apologised and said that the order had not left the depot. He would ensure it went out that day. It did not arrive when he said it would. I contacted them again and the chap was very dismissive of me. Said I could cancel the order and get a refund. But the rug was a birthday present that my daughter had requested. Eventually the rug arrived and I was told I would receive some sheepskin gloves as an apology. They did not arrive. The product is lovely but their service was sadly lacking. I know that mistakes can happen but if that is the case the supplier must hold up his hands and explain, apologise and correct.

Seems to have multiple websites with different names.

Hi, I actually attempted to call you back several times on the number left ending 110, on both the 13th and 14th of December. No answering service was available to leave a voicemail and no email information was left for us to contact.
We are most certainly not a scam site nor are our sister sites as you can see we have many positive real reviews from real customers.
Sorry that you had issues ordering from us, i would of happily assisted you. Please make sure you check your connection or details entered as no other customers had issues ordering on those days.

Disappointed
Not at all impressed with how my item turned up. £130 spent to have it arrive screwed up in a tiny dPd bag. When I phoned to complain I was met with a very rude response that if I was not happy to return it! As I pointed out I feel when spending this amount of money it would be nice to receive it at least in a nice box / bag. The gentleman said it was to do with environmental issues! Will not be ordering again. Next time will choose a company that have better customer service
