A very frustrating company to work…
A very frustrating company to work with, I ordered my CBD products and followed their shipping. To my horror, they shipped thru UPS innovation, which ends up in the hands of USPS. Now my $100 dollar order is lost in their incapable hands. My email request for assistance has fallen on deft ears. I have accepted the loss because their is no human contact to talk to. Don’t waist your money, their are better options like Royal CBD!

This company is sinking fast. They ghost customers.
Charlotte's Web used to be a decent company but my last 3 orders have been horrible. Same experience as the other reviewers. Items don't show up. Emails aren't anwsered. Weeks go by and your product doesn't arrive. The USPS tracking number shows that the item has not even left their building and I get an email asking how I like the product.
Same as another reviewer, I ordered gummies and and the safety seal wasn't sealed on the container. I tried contacting them and NEVER heard back. It's been 4 months now.
I finally reached out to their investor relations guy because his was the only email I could find on the web. He got someone to reach out to me, but it shouldn't take me having to reach out to their financial officer to get customer service.
Their products are good but I'm afraid the whole enterprise is going to die because they are cutting off their nose to spite their face by ghosting customers who have paid for product that never arrives or arrives late and damaged.

I have been using the sleep gummies for a while and love them. But this time I received an open container that had spilled out into the shipping box. I have emailed, I have called, I have left messages which are not returned. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This will be my last purchase!

Charlottes web CBD cream
Ordered CW CBD cream earlier this year. I use it for inflammation in my knee and for tendinitis which occasionally acts up in my elbow. Received the product promptly and it works great.
There is NO customer service at…
There is NO customer service at Charlotte's Web. Zero for emails. Zero for phone contact. Their 30 guarantee is a fraud as there is NO feedback or interaction with the company. It becomes irrelevant whether the products are good or not when management is only in it for the money you spend.
Absolutely do not order from Charlotte’s Web
Hi, really wish I could give zero stars. I can’t comment on the product as it was never received. I ordered over two weeks ago for expedited delivery (2nd day air, which according to their website would be dispatched same day for orders received prior to noon Mountain Time). Never received my order and never received any tracking information. They do not pick up their phone lines - I left multiple voicemails but my calls have not been returned. I sent emails and used the “contact us” link on their website, but all I got in return were “undeliverable” messages. Will be reporting to the BBB and hoping that my bank can recover the money already charged to my account. Do NOT, under any circumstances, place an order with Charlotte’s Web.

While I would rate their product line 4 out of 5, their customer service is non-existent. Just reading the other customer service ratings should give you an accurate picture. Their shipping is ultra slow... about 2 weeks.
Bad customer service and fake promos tarnish the brand
The product is ok but customer service is non existent. They send coupon codes for discounts they never work on their primitive website, stuff is out of stock or severely delayed. Can’t count on it. Find another source imho.
Bad bad bad service.
I ordered their product with high hopes, but did not receive it. 2 weeks later I called and they said they were having shipping issues and it should ship soon. Next day I got a notice that the order shipped with a UPS tracking number but they did not provide the package to UPS. I called customer service again and they said it was UPS's fault. The product shipped and would arrive on Tuesday (it did not). I called UPS who confirmed the package was not shipped. I called customer service again several times to cancel my order but could not get anyone on the phone. I emailed and have not yet received a response. Finally I have disputed the charge on my credit card, and hopefully will get a refund.
The customer service is so very bad, that no matter how good the product could potentially be, I would recommend people go elsewhere. The worst is that the one customer service rep I spoke to lied and said the order shipped and would arrive on Tuesday. Flat lie.
Order never received and CW ghosted me
This was my first time ordering with Charlotte’s Web. I had high hopes for my order that I ended up never receiving. I reached out to their customer service 5 times explaining this issue. I never heard back although they said they would be in touch with me 72 hours after I submitted my issue to them. I heard nothing. If their customer service is that unhelpful, I would not recommend buying from them. I will never order again from that as I believe it was a scam. Do not buy from them. Very disappointed 👎🏻
Paid for expedited 2-day shipping
Paid for expedited 2-day shipping, product came in 5 days. Submitted a ticket to request a refund for the expedited shipping and am still awaiting a reply to my ticket 18 days later.
Worse customer service ever
Charlotte’s Web customer service is unacceptable. I have called 5 times no one answers the phone, no one calls back or return numerous emails. Their website would not allow me to cancel the subscription and there is no way to return the items, because they do not provide return instructions and do not answer their customer service number.
I will take on to social media to let people know not to buy anything from your company.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I was switching over from another company because their product quality was questionable. Lo and behold, CW is 10 times worse. No updates, no order, no response to emails. Supposedly there is "live chat" which is actually a bot. I am getting ready to dispute my purchase with the credit card company and move on. If you "need" this product find another company for your own peace of mind.
Most trustworthy vendor of CBD oil
I have bought their CBD oil, 60 mg/ml, and have found the product useful to control my anxiety at night and to help me get back to sleep. If you order from them, pay the extra for 2nd day air as their ground service via USPS takes about 3 weeks. Do to Covid, their customer service is not good but they will call you back if you leave them your number. CW did pioneer the use of CBD oil so you can trust them.
Possibly the worst customer service…
Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered on October 23, 2020 the order never came. I called on November 4 and used call back option. Tried again a week later, nothing. I tried emails, and chats through December and January. I got a nonchalant call back on January 25. They are shipping a replacement but did nothing to address the 3 month wait time. "Oh yeah, we're just catching up on our calls. So sorry."
Is it time to hire a lawyer?
My sister's medical providers don't want her taking this stuff, she's hospitalized. I called CW to tell them to stop selling it to her, and they refused to honor my request. As a bartender in Illinois, such a request to stop selling liquor to somebody must be honored under the law and there are penalties for not doing so.
I had called to find out if "IT'S LEGAL TO SHIP TO TN" and asked for a reply in writing and here is what I got:

Furthermore, the underlying science behind the conversion of certain cannabinoids, for example cannabidiol (CBD), when consumed, to other related cannabinoids, for example THC, is not yet fully understood. Although the risk is low, individual biochemistry, the possibility of conversion of cannabinoids and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products, we strongly suggest consulting your health care provider before consuming any hemp products if you are subject to drug testing.
Our product contains 0.3 % THC and is legal to sell in the United States.

Plant-Based Cannabinoids per serving that naturally relaxes; sleep comes easily. I can count on being sound asleep within 10minutes of chewing a serving.

I called. They told me that there were restrictions. There were not restrictions in the offer they sent, it just needed to be used by the end of August. They would not honor the offer they sent and were rude to me. They said that there should have been restrictions but they forgot to mention them in the offer.I felt that they should honor the offer that they sent. They said they would not. I will not do business with them any more. Very low integrity and very rude costumer service. Every sentence had an exclamation mark. Very rude and very strange way to treat a customer that had been spending money with them. Again very low integrity and oh so rude.
