I placed my order for Stay Asleep and Focus Support on March 3rd. I reached out on March 11th because I had received no communication since then. I was told they couldn't find any order from my for the past 3 months, even though I included a screen shot of my order with the original email. To be clear, I did order through Expert Voice, but again, they had a screen shot of my order. Someone contacted me the next day saying there had been delays and my order was processing. I received my order on March 17th and began using both. Neither have proven, so far, to be of any benefit to me. Actually, I have woken up about every 90 minutes with leg cramps since I began using these 2 products, so Stay Asleep has not helped me to stay asleep. I have added a banana and a glass of orange juice to my daily diet, so I'll see if that helps. I don't know that my cramps are directly related to either product, but I also don't know that I would order from them again.

When I first started buying these gummies they were great and would help me sleep. I tried for so long to find something to help with my epilepsy and MS and finally I landed something that actually helped. Then out of the blue the packaging on the sleep gummies changes and the gummies effectiveness, texture and taste goes in the toilet! I had to have 2 replacements due to the 2 sleep gummies I received were nothing but plastic! A horrible chemical taste and came in a solid block! They asked me for the expiration date and the lot# I gave them both the turn around and send me the exact same lot# with the same problem. The gummies are not the same as they used to be the texture is awful and same with the taste. I used to enjoy taking them now I just dread having to chew on them. You have lost a loyal customer because your product tastes like chemically infused plastic!

Anyone else find tiny round plastic bits in CW gummies? This is the 2nd batch of sleep gummies that I received that have small tiny hard plastic bits in them. First time I thought it was a bad batch, called customer service and they tried to tell me it was undisolved sugar, I told her I ran it under hot water and it didnt disolve. They returned my money and I reordered, SAME THING! Tiny round bits of plastic.

I only gave one star so that I could rate the service! I cancelled my subscription months ago, and woke up to a charge still pending on my account Wednesday Morning! They took 157.00 out at 1 AM! I called customer service, who informed me they could not reverse the charge because the product had already shipped, and the payment had been received! Speaking with my bank after the call, and was told the payment was NOT received and was pending, so customer service LIED to me! I am disputing the charge, and my bank will demand that they return it!

Gummies are good, but user friendliness of website and customer service dept., not so good. They give you rewards, and the website makes it very difficult to redeem them. One customer agent told me they would always be able to help apply the rewards, but last time I asked I was to told they would no longer be able to assist. I asked for a supervisor, that was going on 2 weeks ago. I've yet to hear from anyone. I cancelled my subscription. Till their website & customer service department improves, I would not use this company or refer them to anyone else.

I made an order with Charlottes Web for their CBD products at the beginning of July. Today is September 1 they have issued a refund and they say that they sent a second order but I haven’t seen anything and it’s been over two months.

Do not order Arthritis aches and pain relief. The tube is full of air -very little cream! And it did not help me.

They were very quick to get my order out. I received it 2 days after ordering it. I accidentally put the wrong mailing adress on it, and I had called and left a voice mail right away, I also left a comment on their website about my error. They responded through email by the end of the next buisness day and called me back on day 2 after leaving the message. (I ordered the day after a federal holiday, was worried that would delay things. But it didn't)

They were very polite and professional. The order arrived less than an hour after they called me back. I ordered the tinctures for my mom, and can't wait to hear how they help her.

Thank you Charlotte's web for taking care of others and being so quick to respond and handle the error made on my end.

I tried the Charlotte’s Web gummies (took two full ones), and felt absolutely no effect. I gave it a few tries, different days, no change. For the price, I expected something noticeable — even a little calm or relaxation. Disappointing and definitely won’t reorder.

I ordered two products. One didn't seem to have any effect at all. The other might have had some effect, but I didn't want to take anything with so much sugar at bedtime. I got a 90 day supply of both. I was unfortunately sick and couldn't manage my order right away. Because I called after the 30 days, but still with the majority of the bottles left, they would not help me at all. Wasted money. Should have Known better than to order from a supplement company with auto-refills pushed so hard.

Terrible product

I tried their gummies last month for the first time and I kinda liked the taste but I dan’t say the same for the effects. I tried to reach out to them but the customer service was awful. I will probably not going to use their products again.

The cosmetic products were ok.

I ordered 3 jars of THC free gummies. One jar was already opened. I used two and had bad cramping and gas. I’ve used CBD gummies from other companies and never experienced this. When I contacted CHARLOTTEs Web there was no response except for discounted offers. I read the ingredients and learned this is a possible side effect of Carnauba Wax. I don’t know if the gummies were contaminated however because they were not sealed. The adhesive on the jars were not glued down all the way.

Horrible customer service. Honestly, the worst I’ve ever encountered. Will not be a repeat customer for this reason alone.

I ordered a single product from this company on 3 July 2024; on 11 July I received notice that the money for my order would be refunded and that it would take eight to ten days for my refund to arrive--with no other explanation. When I called Charlotte's Web customer service (and waited on hold for 35 minutes), the company representative told me that because of the company's "system" that was the fastest that they could process a refund. If you use a credit card for purchases then you know that is nonsense; even Amazon turns around a refund in 24 to 48 hours. My advice? Buy CBD Products elsewhere--or everywhere, which is pretty much where they are available now.

I wish I had used common sense and looked at the reviews below before placing an order with this shabby company.

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered some CBD gummies on May 24, 2024, could never get tracking info to update, all it ever said was the USPS had received the product but it was still in Colorado. Never seemed to move. Called several times and was told on my third call they would refund me-they never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are fraudsters!

I was prompted to provide my email in exchange for a discount on my first order. The discount code provided by them did not work. A customer service rep explained that the discount does not apply to most of the products they sell. He further stated that the offer contains language about the exclusion of products. This exclusion is not visible anywhere on their homepage. The offer clearly states that one will receive a 25% discount for signing up with an email address. If a company has to trick you into providing an email address in exchange for a fake discount, can they be trusted to provide products that actually work? What a horrible way to snare potential customers.

On 4/15/2021 (Yes, 2021) I placed an order with Charlotte's Web totaling $81.83. A week later on 4/21/2021 when I had not received an order confirmation, a shipping date, etc. I called Charlotte's Web and was told my order had shipped the previous day on 4/20/2021. I received a follow-up email from Charlotte's Web with a tracking number. Weeks went by with no order arriving and the UPS tracking system stating UPS was waiting for Charlotte's Web to drop off my package. I called Charlotte's Web again and again and was told with multiple calls going unanswered.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 2021 in which I stated an acceptable resolution for an order that never arrived would be a full refund of $81.83. The BBB contacted Charlotte's Web multiple times and did not receive a response.

Today, 4/4/2024, three years after the fact, Charlotte's Web responded...three years late!!! Charlotte's Web offered free shipping if I would give them a chance to "regain your trust" by placing another order.

Charlotte's Web wins the prize for the most ridiculous 'resolution'in my lifetime.

I ordered the gummies called Immune Support from Charlottesweb.com two weeks ago. Within 3 days of taking two gummies a day my chronic cough from June 3rd of this year is gone. I was seeing a pulmologist for the past two months and CBD has taken care of my cough. It's gone and I'm sold on their products. Already take the sleep CBD's and they work great too.

I purchased a 90 count bottle of their CBD calm gummies. These things gave me a headache, and a weird feeling. I emailed them the next day asking for a refund — 2 weeks later, still no response. It’s been approximately 3 weeks now, and I send them emails almost every day — still ZERO response. Avoid this company like the plague! Horrible product, and ZERO customer service!
