I recently stayed at the Osbourne Lodge Guest Suite ...what a wonderful facility! I was expecting a small room with the basics but opened the door to hotel quality accommodation! It has a lovely ensuite, two single beds, tea/coffee station, fridge, fan and phone . Graham, the manager, was very friendly and arranged it all , leaving me with my own key to freely come and go. Thank you!

Recently completed the decoration works at linden lodge. Both churchill estates and Carla the lodge manager were a pleasure to work with. Very understanding and did everything possible to make the experience as smooth as possible. All residents were really friendly and made it an enjoyable place to work.

I am in a wheelchair and the accessibility in king Harold Lodge is perfect,makes life easy has a lift if I need to go upstairs I have a ground floor flat so I can also sit outside my flat on nice days King Harold Lodge is ideal for the disabled person. Ruth Hopwood

I moved into Mulberry Lodge Emsworth two months ago and am enjoying life here. The flats are modern and well-kept, and the communal gardens are outstanding. There is a friendly atmosphere, inspired by Emma, the lodge manager. The guest suite is well appointed and attractively furnished. I live alone and moved from a four-bedroom house to this retirement flat. The downsizing effort was daunting but worthwhile

Emden House Headington Oxford. The House Manager Karon Trinder has been over the past four years plus, been so supportive of our parents and the family. To know that there is always someone on hand who cares and is supportive is most comforting. Karen is a star.

I recently sold an apartment at Marlborough Lodge in Kidlington, which was bought new just over three years ago. I really enjoyed my time there and am sad to move on. Marlborough Lodge is a delightful development in a convenient location, a welcoming environment with friendly owners, pleasant gardens, and good parking. Most of all, I have benefitted from the kindness and exceptional helpfulness of Yvette Fox (our first Lodge Manager, who now manages Clementine Lodge in Bicester, but covers from time to time at Marlborough Lodge). Yvette is always approachable. Nothing has been too much trouble for her: she has gone above and beyond to help me with practical matters, while always remaining professional. Churchill and the owners are lucky to have Yvette as a manager.

Our centre at Sarum Lodge, Salisbury, is very well run by Lodge Manager, Donna Lacy. She is considerate of the differing needs and abilities of all residents, with a cheerful demeanour and a good sense of humour; this was particularly evident during the recent and ongoing hot weather.

I visited Grace Lodge to carry out a tasting and was welcomed by Tracy Downham. Tracy was warm, friendly, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.

It was clear that she has a great rapport with the residents, who all appeared comfortable in her presence and interacted with her naturally. Tracy stayed for the entire tasting session, actively participating throughout and showing genuine interest and engagement. Her involvement helped create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Paul at Grange Lodge was an absolutely fantastic host and organiser for the wake of Sylvia. He made everyone feel so welcome and showed so much care and compassion for all attendees and helped make the day a lovely send off for a brilliant woman. He ran everything so smoothly without any hesitation when it came to questions or helping anyone out. Thank you Paul and everyone at Grange Lodge for all you did on the day.

Paul kindly allowed us to have our nanny’s wake at the lodge. He said a heartfelt speech that made us all smile. He was a fantastic host, making sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was accommodated for. He showed absolute compassion and sympathy towards my family that all we all greatly appreciated.

Nanny had nothing but praise for Paul, often speaking about him as more than a manager of her residence but as a friend. There were a number of occasions that my nanny needed help and support, Paul would never hesitate to help. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for my nanny and my family.

We recently held a wake at the Portishead Grange lodge for my mother in law Sylvia who was a resident.
She loved living there and enjoyed the events that were organised by Paul the lodge manager.
I would like to say a big thank you to Paul for his massive help during the day and for the support he provided for Sylvia over the years and for the maintaining the building and gardens to a very high standard.

Steve Humberstone, Lodge Manager at Minster Court, Lichfield is doing an excellent job. As I am director of the RTM he has made a great difference to my life here. He deals with any problems that arise quickly and diligently, making life so much easier. He is a very competent, smart, happy, thoughtful and caring person and is always "on top of his work and one step ahead" Every Lodge needs a Steve Humberstone, fortunately for us he works at Minster Court! Thank you Steve.

Last weekend we visited Hitchin to attend a wedding reception and we stayed overnight at Dovehouse Lodge. We just want to say a huge thank you to Linda for getting the guest suite ready for us. The suite was clean with fresh towels and bed linen and ample tea coffee was provided. Me and my wife had a really comfortable stay. Any time in future if we will visit the area we would love to stay there.

The company are doing well in recruiting for Waterford Court a very helpful and hard working new manager (Adrian Wilson), who has been with us now for around six weeks. After a break without someone, he has literally hit the ground running with sorting out various tasks and getting on with the job.

My mother was at Grange Lodge, Portishead and loved it there. Paul the manager is a very friendly, helpful professional who goes a long way toward making the Lodge such a great place for everyone there. When we held a celebration of our mother at the lodge, nothing was too much trouble for him and that added greatly to the day
It is extremely hard to find fault with either Grange Lodge or Paul. Very highly recommended.

My mum lived at Grange Lodge in Portishead. What an amazing place to live, she moved there after my dad passed away. It was literally a new lease of life for her, the social side of living there is extraordinary. Paul the manager at Grange Lodge was fantastic, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My mum Sylvia Pullen really liked him, to be fair he did a lot for her as he does for all the occupants. After my mums passing he was caring and sympathetic and offered the lounge for mums wake so mum's friend's and neighbours could join in. He was a great host and gave a really nice speech. All in all what a great place to live.

My beloved Nanny moved into Grange Lodge Portishead in roughly 2014 after losing her husband. She found a new lust for life there and made new friends instantly. She attended events held by the management there over the years and had a superb time. The garden is utterly beautiful and the lounge a homely and social space. The utilities there were also extremely accessible. I want to give Paul the lodge manager a special shout out, for looking out for her, making her laugh and treating everyone there with kindness and humour. My Nan sadly passed and Paul offered us to hold the wake there, not only did he support the family in setting up the event and cleaning it up once it ended, he also gave a heartfelt speech which showed how much he cared and knew her, he truly looks after the residents, the building and the families. It’s a beautiful community and I’m so happy she lived out her last years there. Thank you Paul, from all of Sylvia’s family.

They were very commadating and also the manager Paul was very friendly and did a lovely speech about my nan that recently passed. What a amazing place and lovely people.

My mum lived at Grange Lodge in Portishead for the last 12 years and absolutely loved it. Paul, the Lodge Manager does an amazing job, always going above and beyond to ensure the building and gardens always look their best. His dedication to arrange events for the residents and helping them with any queries is to be highly commended. Thank you Paul for all your help and for providing such a wonderful place for mum treating everyone as family. You are what makes Grange Lodge such a wonderful place.
