I have lived at Swallowfield's Court in Martock, Somerset, for a number of years. Our Lodge Manager, Lucy Bradford is competent, caring and professional. Lucy is always cheerful and willingly goes beyond her duties to address issues when they arise. It's a privilege to have Lucy as our manager. Lucy is a great asset to Churchill Estates Management, which in turn makes us happy residents.

I visited Tregolls Lodge in Truro Cornwall recently to sing at the 10th birthday party for the residents. Chris the Manager could not be more friendly, accommodating and professional liaising not only with me but all his wonderful residents. Nothing was too much for him and he clearly had a lovely relationship with all the residents.
A truly community event which residents were clearly engaged with each other and all in a very happy and jovial mood, it was an event in which they put together themselves with support from Chris.
I cannot speak more highly of the friendliness, camaraderie and togetherness of the residents. I found the location ideal in central Truro with ample parking.
My visit has even made me think about looking at an apartment there myself. Unreservedly recommended Tregolls Lodge to anyone who might be considering living there. 5 stars from me.

I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to the Lodge Manager at Beck Lodge, Park Gate. (Sue Grayell) Recently, my mother who is a resident at the lodge, has experienced health issues and increasing care needs. Over this time, Sue could not have been more helpful. She has assisted with arranging a key safe, checking on Mum and helping in general as well as showing genuine empathy and concern. Thanks Sue. You should be highly comended!

My husband and I have just spent two nights in the guest suite of Alexandra Lodge in Thornbury. The location is perfect, only a short walk to centre of the town and close to the church and castle and the walks in the open countryside.

It's a comfortable quiet room and immaculately clean and well presented. In fact we're very pleased with the level of cleanliness throughout the lodge. Laney has been most helpful in arranging for us to stay and ensuring that we're happy here.

My mum moved into St Andrews Lodge Chippenham over three years ago now, and having the Guest Suite available to stay has been brilliant. It is absolutely spotless & beautiful - like staying in a fancy hotel. Rachel, the lodge Manager, is so helpful and welcoming, and makes any stay go smoothly.

Gerard Lodge is a very active Lodge with six resident led activities a week.
Our lovely Lodge Manager Laura Wimble also arranges cream teas etc for those who are interested ..
The Lodge is very well maintained.
Laura is always available for one to one meetings and is very discreet.

The manager Kellie at Ellesmere lodge in Brackley is great, she is very approachable and very focussed on the efficient management of site - there is a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere, which is so nice to be part of.

Have just stayed here for 2 weeks from Australia visiting my 96 year old Mother . Unfortunately I had injured my leg prior to arrival and so was pretty immobile.

From the moment I arrived Tracey the Manager could not have helped me more. She took my suitcass to the room and was incredibly friendly throughout my stay. She is an asset to Churchill.

Only gripe was given my injury, although there was a grab rail in the shower, there was none beside the loo in the Guest Suite or downstairs Cloakroom. Given the age of the residents here, I imagine a fair number of Guests would also be older (60’s) and Grab Rails could be a simple safety option.

Catherine is a credit to Churchill. This was my first time meeting cathrine and she made us feel very welcome. As a company we visit many retirement schemes and the first thing I noticed was the great relationship she had with the homeowners. Once again a credit to Churchill.

We have been resident at Croft Lodge, Aldridge for a year and in that time have found the Lodge Manageress, Marie, to be very approachable, helpful and pro-active with the residents both personally and collectively.

The site is in a quiet and safe position and is convenient for local shopping and amenities such as doctors, hairdressers and chiropodists etc.

The residents here have been welcoming and sociable and we feel that our decision to move here was the right one.

Guest suit is always immaculate and Jane always goes out of her way to make our stay special. Thankyou

Karen at mellor lodge is fantastic, made my mum feel so comfortable and settled. My mum is so happy here!! The location is spot on with parking and close to amenities. The service is super. All very welcoming.

I want to give a huge shout out to Steve Humberstone, lodge manager at Minster Court Lichfield. My mom recently moved there, and he has been such a help and support to her. So kind and friendly, and it is very much appreciated. Thank you Steve! You are an asset to Minster Court residents.

Donna, The Lodge Manager at Sarum Lodge in Salisbury, Wiltshire is a great person to deal with. Very friendly, approachable and helpful she is alway on hand to offer assistance and solve any issues that may arise. Donna is a credit to Churchill Estates Management.

I recently completed the yearly carpet and upholstery clean at St Giles Lodge as well as some of the residents apartments carpets. It’s such a pleasure going there every year, Kate the lodge manager is so nice, accommodating and very organised, making our job when we show up 10x easier.

Pleasure as always, I look forward to seeing everyone next year!

Steve Humberstone, Lodge Manage, Minster Court, Lichfield is an excellent manager and offers a reassuring link between Churchill and apartment owners,
Steve is friendly, efficient and conscientious and everything you could want from a manager and an asset to Churchill.

King's Lodge in Maidstone is perfectly located for all amenities. Can't believe everything is so close to shops, buses and more, yet still peaceful and very friendly. I love the location. When entering the building into Reception, I feel safe. I often feel it's like a hotel, very well presented. Friends and family are always amazed when visiting. I definitely made the right choice when I bought here.
Estee our Lodge Manager is friendly, welcoming and approachable. I was very grateful to her when I spoke about a garden tap area that was uneven and muddy when using hose or watering can. She arranged with gardeners to lay 3 paving slabs which has made a huge difference as the pots need frequent watering and access wasn't easy until Estee rectified it and it's made a huge difference to accessibility. Thank you Estee, not a big ask but really appreciated.
