They were very commadating and also the manager Paul was very friendly and did a lovely speech about my nan that recently passed. What a amazing place and lovely people.

My mum lived at Grange Lodge in Portishead for the last 12 years and absolutely loved it. Paul, the Lodge Manager does an amazing job, always going above and beyond to ensure the building and gardens always look their best. His dedication to arrange events for the residents and helping them with any queries is to be highly commended. Thank you Paul for all your help and for providing such a wonderful place for mum treating everyone as family. You are what makes Grange Lodge such a wonderful place.

Our manager David Candy and his wife Heather are always willing to go to make the residents life as comfortable as possible.
David is always there to help people, and enhance the residents experience.

Paul was the most amazing host for our wake, what an incredible man. He made our day with his management and his welcoming demeanour. Wonderful!!

The Lodge Manager in Sarum Lodge certainly makes life here easier. She is always available for help, often beyond that which she is contracted to do, and is unfailingly cheerful and pleasant. Donna is certainly on top of her brief and speaking as a resident of over eight years she is by far the best lodge manager we have had. We and Churchill are fortunate to have her.

My mother was in a flat in Kidlington Marlborough Lodge and things have been difficult since she died but I have been able to call upon Lodge Manager Yvette Fox. She moved to Churchill Bicester but stands in for the Kidlington Manager and has helped me sort out problems like keeping the warranty on the flat by reminding me of the service due to ensure this and being there to let the engineers in so I don't have to wait what could be any time up to 4 hours. Mum's flat is lovely, light and airy with a balcony with a lovely view over the garden and she was happy there for the time she had. The other residents are very nice too and I always feel welcome when I pop back.

I regularly visit someone who lives in Abbey Lodge, Canterbury. The site manager, Mel is always cheerful approachable and most importantly, exceedingly helpful. If I were a resident at a silmilar establishement, she is the person I would want for day to contact.

I have recently been in the process of researching/visiting sites to support my Mother with her impending retirement and reviewing prospective sites as noted. I was frankly blown away with the positivity and accountability of the staff at Yeats Lodge Thame. Special mention to Melissa who's attitude is commendable and she is a testament and strong asset to the Churchill Estate Team. Thank you.

I have being visiting Linden Lodge since it first opened in a professional capacity providing foot health care to the residents.
An inviting and friendly environment. The manager Carla is so very obliging and yet extremely professional at the same time . Not always an easy thing to balance .
The residents enjoy the comfort of their own home and “front door “ but company and entertainment are always there if needed . I moved to Sarum Lodge, Salisbury a year ago. It is very conveniently located in the town, I have a nice apartment, the gardens are lovely and I and am very happy there.
The pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the housing complex is greatly enhanced by our lovely Lodge Manager, Donna. Not only is she friendly, but she always goes above and beyond to help residents in all kinds of ways. She was so patient and helpful with all my questions when I first moved in; she organises special events from time to time and she keeps us all informed of anything we need to be aware of. I'd definitely give her 5 stars!

Grace Lodge.

Tracy Downham our Manager recently arranged a Ploughman’s lunch for some of our owners which took place in our lounge. On entering the lounge the tables were nicely decorated with little pots of flowers from the garden. We started off with a choice of fresh orange or apple juice. Lunch consisted of bread rolls, gammon, grated cheese, new potatoes, grapes,tomatoes, sliced eggs and pineapple. In the middle of the tables was a bowl of crisps and separate bowls of sliced beetroot and coleslaw. It was very well presented on the plates and very inviting. We had ice lollies after to finish the meal. Tracy worked extremely hard to make sure the owners enjoyed the lunch. It was the best ploughman’s lunch I have ever had.

St Nicholas lodge . Well what can I say Lisa the lodge manager has been very attentive since my arriving on Tuesday evening. She has thought of everything you need in the guest suite and in the owners lounge. She even had a nice bottle of cold water waiting for me when I arrived. I had a great sleep in the guest suite made to feel very welcome well done Lisa ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Since moving to Beecham Lodge my grandmother has had a great experience. She has not had a week go by where she hasn’t had an activity of some sort to do whether that’s boules, a musician playing a pop-up shop or fish and chip evenings, there’s always something to do.

As well as being part of an active community within the Lodge, she has enjoyed being in close proximity to Cirencester town Centre. With Waitrose being a short walk downhill and a small Tesco’s pharmacy and fish and chip shop nearby everything is within reach even for those with limited physical abilities. Should it be required, a taxi from any location is relatively cheap by today standards costing no more than about £5 from the centre of town.

The Lodge itself is well kept tidy grounds with beautiful flowers and foliage all around. It is well cared for by the ground staff as well as by the manager Kim. The communal areas as you would expect and boast a TV, mini kitchen and ample seating and tables to natter away or to complete those jigsaw puzzles.

Kim, the manager of the site, is always incredibly welcoming and helpful. She not only meets the needs of the residents by providing entertainment and in ensuring everything is working and in order, complying with the high standards expected, he also takes an interest in the lives of the residents who live there.

Beecham Lodge boasts plenty of apartments with open spaces on the ground floor and easily accessible apartments on the higher floor meaning it’s a place for anyone who is looking for a place to retire comfortably. I’m in the middle of something.

It really is a lovely place to live and a lovely community to be part of. I would highly recommend and I’m sure my family would too.

My mother recently celebrated her 90th birthday at Watling Lodge Towcester. Marion made the day so enjoyable and successful. Mum had the most wonderful day with her lodge friends in the morning and carried on with friends and family in the evening. Mum has been at watling Lodge for just over a year and has loved every single moment, fully supported by Marion, I can’t thank her enough.

Eve at Colmans Lodge Aldridge, at the reception, has always been not only thoroughly efficient, but knowledgeable, friendly and very positive and keen to help.
She has been a valuable link to me in the case of my mother who lives at Colmans Lodge. Eve has looked out for my mum and assisted her in many ways. These traits of hers have given my brothers and I comfort that our mum has some one looking over her. With the distance my brothers and I live from my mum this is a huge benefit to us all.

Stayed at Linden Lodge. Fantastic Stay. Facilities were clean and tidy. Carla was brilliant with any support or help that we required.

Our new Manager at Waterford Court is extremely professional, also very friendly & approachable. He is proactive and gets jobs done in an efficient & timely manner.

Carla, the manager of Linden Lodge in Bicester, and Jess from Churchill helped put on a great sports day which was good fun with a tasty afternoon tea. We got sponsors and Churchill have matched it so it raised a significant amount for charity.

I have been living in Linden Lodge, Bicester for 8 years and it was definitely the best decision I made. The lodge is perfectly situated to all amenities, has a lovely garden in a peaceful location. We have a very kind and efficient Lodge Manager, Carla who looks after us and the running of the Lodge very well. We have a good social time together so we never have to feel lonely and the latest event was an ABBA tribute group which got us singing and a few even dancing. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants life a bit easier and more fun.
