Croft Lodge in Aldridge has now been open for a year. I was one of the first to move in. It is the perfect place to live for people living alone. The lodge manager is the most helpful and friendly person you could wish for. The local shops are a 10 minute walk away, where you will find most things, including a Morrisons, Boots, doctors etc. I highly recommend living here.

I would liked to add a word of thanks to the review that my wife did three days ago about Steve Humberstone for his excellent work as Lodge Manager. We really appreciate his hard work, commitment and very pleasant manner at Minster Court. Well done Steve and Churchill for employing him.

My uncle has lived at Eliot Lodge Ashbourne for 5 years now and has found the whole set up and facilities to be what he wants & needs.
His needs are now changing and he is looking to move on. The support he and his family have had during this tome from Elsa the lodge manager has been invaluable. Her kindness & knowledge is just what we all needed

We have been at Orchard Lodge in Calne Wiltshire for just under 2 yrs.

We were welcomed warmly by the other residents straight away, and have made many friends here.

Our lodge manager (Bill), is the best. He always has a smile on his face & goes above & beyond his remit, for all of us here. When he’s on leave, his sorely missed. He does a quiz on Wednesday afternoons, which is great fun with loads of laughter, that brings most residents together.

We dread the day that he decides to retire. Bill is not just our lodge manager, he’s a good friend too.

I think the Stourbridge Churchill Estate is amazing! Always so clean and welcoming, I have visited with my family many times over the past years as my aunt lives there. I often bring my children who love to visit their great aunt and we feel it such a lovely place especially for my aunt to live. The guest room they have is fantastic also as we can stay as we have a long journey, the lounge area is always used and residents are there with a friendly face for a chat over a cup of tea! I hope when I am older I find such a lovely place to retire to also.

Mu mother has recently moved into Lisbon Place, Westlands.
The development manager Mark Cliffe has been amazing, and supported us throughout every stage of the moving process.
My mother is 94 and I was really worried about the move, but Mark visited us and explained everything very clearly so that she understood. Although she moved from a similar development, I feel far more comfortable and at ease that my mother is safe.
He is really supportive, he genuinely cares about the residents, and keeps an unobtrusive eye on my mum, alerting me if the need arises.
I am so pleased that she moved, it was definitely the right decision, all down to Mark, hughly recommended

I live at Tudor Lodge and I am very happy with Debbie the Manager. She is always happy to help with any technical problems even if there not related to the lodge. In my first year she has made me very welcome and no problem is to big or to small.

Churchill act in a professional manner and have many years experience in this market,we have regular meetings with the area manager as we are an RTM employing Churchill to manage our complex.

By far the best thing has been our lodge manager, Caroline. She has supported my mother and father in law through good times and some harder times. Her compassion and availability to help in practical ways has been outstanding. They have enjoyed 10 good years of independent living just up the road from us.

My Mum lived here for nine years and was extremely happy. She enjoyed regular social events, made new friends and loved her patio overlooking the garden. Mum died last October at the amazing age of 98 but I know she would want me to mention Don Mabbut, the Lodge Manager, who went over and above the call of duty to look out for Mum. Every day he ensured she was well, helped her if she had problems in her flat, had a chat and a joke with her and was generally an all-round good person in his attitude towards Mum. Thanks Don - you helped Mum enjoy the last nine years of her amazing life.

Steve has only been with us for a short time but he is very efficient in all he does but on top of that he is sthoughtful and kind hearted.

I have lived at Swallowfields Court for nearly 3 years & couldn't be happier especially since our new manager Lucy B arrived. She really understands & supports me with my learning disabilities.
I have lots of friends here & enjoy the coffee mornings & film nights.
It's really peaceful living here & the gardens are lovely. Martock is a great village.

My mother is currently in the process of purchasing a property at Copperfields, a Churchill owned site. So far the whole process has been extremely positive, the quality of the property and the surrounding gardens is excellent and the residents we have had conversations with
are all very happy there. However, the real gem is the Local Housing Manager, Helen Parker, who clearly cares deeply for the site and all the residents. She has been extremely helpful, taking time on a number of occasions to show us round and answer all our questions. She has also answered further questions promptly via email and provided information that has helped our decision to buy.
When she met my mum she was proactive in ensuring she felt welcome and listened to, she took time to show her round and explained how everything worked and what activities were on offer. Mum is now looking forward to moving in.

I recently started work at Avon bank lodge in Newbury. I clean the communal areas twice a week. From my first day I was made to feel welcome. The residents are friendly and enquire about my day. I enjoy coming to such a nice place. Amanda the manager is a lovely lady. She is thought of very highly

I moved in to Brook lodge about a year ago & I’ve found Caraline always very helpful . I think my apartment is lovely & not sorry I moved from my bungalow
