I keep getting letters and automated calls. When I get to the queue, after 40 minutes of waiting I have to hang up. Never get a call back from a human. I literally cannot get in touch and feel like being harassed by a bot. Ridicolous.

Average wait time is 8 minutes? Well on one occasion I was 1 in the queue for 45+ minutes, so they obviously weren't there. The next time I moved one position in 21 minutes. Their system doesn't even recognise their own reference number. This is who Companies House are paying to jerk us around. That's right, tax payers money.

**UPDATE** I chose the call me back without losing my place in the queue option & guess what!?!? Yeah, still waiting for that call the next day!

Impossible to get them to answer the hone and impossible to get a response via email! Buch of Monkey's!! Just ignore them as they aren't even worthy of 1 star but you can put in a minus score. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH!

After telling them on eight different occassions my relation was dead and had no money or assets a year later they are still sending letters, i am not liabel for this debt but still they are hounding me

I keep getting a message from them with a reference number which is being invalidated by their own systems. I have received no other communication from them. It seems like a scam to me...

Vodafone almost sold my debt to this awful company, paid it all off in time but they still think its acceptable to be hounding me 3 times a day and then stick me on hold when I answer. I don't even owe them anything. Heinous and disgusting people.

This shambles of a company got £300 pounds from my savings account just directed it into their own account when i was doing a transfer from my joint savings account to my current account.Turns out its Vodaphone but the strange thing is I have never been with Vodaphone. Now i get a letter asking me to call CCS as i am due to a refund and yes as you already know there is no way that you can get to talk to anybody.how are they allowed to carry on Doing this to people is beyond me

Awful company!! I’ve been paying them £5 a month for the last four months and heard nothing from them so I thought they were happy with the payment I went to pay them the 5th payment this morning and now my account doesn’t exist??? Either they want the debt paid off or they don’t?? Tried phoning them waited for 20 minutes then the phone cut off!! I will wait now till they contact me as how the hell are you supposed to pay it if your account now doesn’t exist?

If I was trying to get money I wouldn’t bother with these guys. All they do is send letters and texts. A bit annoying but no threats so easily ignored.

Only gave a 1 star as it doesn't have the option for zero or minus. Absolute shocking service. I use the word service extremely loosely as there actually isn't any. You can never get through to anyone ever on the phone. You wait in a queue for over half an hour and then they cut you off. You then try the call back service and you guessed it, no one ever calls you back. You email them and say its urgent and yes yet again no response from them ever. They owe me money after there cock up and it looks like I'll never get it back. Literally the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Again I say that but I never dealt with anyone ever as they are complete crap. How this company is allowed to trade and behave in this way is beyond me. Shame on anyone who uses these people as they are horrendous and make any company like Vodafone look terrible. They should be closed down. Absolutely shocking. Grrrr

I don't even know how to describe this company but they certainly don't deserve a star. They deserve minus 10.

I didn't owe any money to anyone as More Than Insurance had made a mistake. This was notified to them ELEVEN times, including three times from More Than themselves.

They hounded me day and night with texts and phone calls, despite More Than attempting to call them off. They caused immense distress as I was in the process of losing a parent.

In the end, More Than were despairing that they couldn't make CCS stop the harassment and gave me a compensation payout. Followed by another one.

If these guys get their claws onto you, best advice is to totally ignore them and deal directly with the company you owe the money to. That way they don't make any commission. Really despicable company.

I am a landlord of a couple of properties and they are chasing me for £1587 owed by an ex tenant.
Somehow they have found my name and home address and are now sending me bills for her debt.
They probably get the odd sucker to pay some money but how they make their money is by getting angry people to wait on a premium priced phone line to speak to someone who will never answer. I waited twenty minutes in an "eight minute" queue and nobody came.
The best advice is really to throw any of their correspondence in the bin and to not distress yourself.

Crap company run by monkeys chasin me for money that was paid off more than 6 months ago. I have all my payment transactions. If you get any letters from these mugs do yourself a favour and lob them straight in the bin. Please do not be scared of these pussyholes

Paid this company £1370 in respect of Vodafone debt after 5 mts Vodafone have still not received the money

These filthy pedos keep harrasing me about a motorbike that has been sorn since i have not been riding it keep recieving fines from them and if it continues im gonna find the owner of this company and personaly pound there face off

Having only dealt with this shambles of a company following a collection notice letter apparently acting upon behalf of Vodafone, and getting nowhere, I would urge all other unfortunate people to request a Data Protection Subject Access Request to understand exactly what data they hold on you and who they are likely to pass it on to. As I personally have never agreed to any data policies with this company and yet they seem to have personal details of mine. I urge you all to do the same

Spoke to an agent called Stephan today, can i say how polite and caring he was towards me, treating customer fairly was well presented and he helped me alot. Better than VODAFONE! but seriously if you are reading this thank you, you have reassured alot.

I had "unpaid" bill from Vodafone that I didn't even know about and CCS Collect contacted me so I paid them.
At the end I reported Vodafone to Ombudsman for unfair bill and got that cleared with apology.
CCS Collect is not interested to pay my money back, there is no way to send them email or speak to them so I'm going to report them to Ombudsman.
Looks like it's the only way to contact them and get my money back
