One star is too much, myself and partner went yesterday to see about a kitten,
I was so disappointed in the. Woman there she contradicted herself throughout our very brief conversation. She was extremely rude.
She asked us questions, in which we replied honestly. But because of her attitude I did get angry and told the woman to leave it and I walked out. Not a good experience for us unfortunately

My neighbour spotted a black cat and five or six kittens in the field near our houses. After checking they hadn’t come from any of the houses scattered around our rural area, we called Cats Protection and received prompt advice and assistance. Three humane traps were laid and the mum was caught that night. Three kittens same place the next morning and finally the remaining two. Over the three days, those trapped were checked by vets, neutered and vaccinated. The three larger kittens we were told went to a farm in another area and the mother cat returned to her stomping ground. The smaller kittens were receiving care till healthy enough to be rehomed. Cannot fault the care taken or the advice we received. A wonderful organisation with truly compassionate people who clearly love cats.

Was given a number of a lady from cats protection league to neuter a some rescue cats we decided to keep, she was marvellous, since then she has helped us & family get neutered & spayed several rescue cats & kittens that we have then managed to find loving forever homes for, we also recommend her to new kitten owners on benefits to her to help keep the kitten population down & she is lovely & helpful,

It's a shame to see this charity going downhill, like most large corporate organisations, filled with jobsworth staff and overpaid managers/trustees. I will be giving to local charities from now on.

Friendly carers. They really do care for cats. Time and love for them. We have faith in them to care for our cat (we lost one very dear cat in January) Missy will, if still around when we pass, be looked after by them with no hesitation.

Found a cat we'd like to adopt on their website, completed a webform and were contacted within 24 hours to progress.

Home-check booked and completed with no fuss within a couple of days by Debbie, then multiple exchanges with Hannah about visiting the cat and talking through timescales/logistics etc.

New moggie safely delivered to us within a couple of days by Paul, fully; neutered, vaccinated and flea/worm/treated and with a hand knitted blanket by another volunteer.

New moggie (Ernie) is happy as a pig in you-know-what and so are we, a seamless experience from start to finish run by dedicated, professional but friendly volunteers with a genuine passion for what they do.

Hats off to you guys, you've massively changed 3 lives this week for the better, and I'm only talking about our adoption, you've no doubt achieved so much more.

Keep it up guys, the world needs more people like you.

When the kittens of 6 needed help they just abandoned them now one is dying and possibly our own cats are in a position of vulnerability thanks a lot awful service

Amazing the support and care they give. They really look after the animals well and do all they can to get them good homes

I went to Cats Centre in Chelwood Gate and my experience was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and it was obvious that all the cats were really well cared for.
Prior to my visit I had talked to Joe and he was amazing made me feel I could ask any questions and was so so helpful. He is the reason I chose Cats Protection to adopt and I wanted to recommend him.

This is the second time I have left a review in the past couple of years, I needed to write this to congratulate your outstanding Liverpool team once again run by the incredible Rachalle ,and special mention to Jen and the wonderful Yvonne. It’s Yvonne that has been dealing with my own complex case which has had me broken hearted, No amount of salary could match the love devotion and empathy and total understanding she has shown me and cats in this very emotional case.Yvonne thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.I don’t know what our vulnerable neglected cats and kittens would do in the Liverpool area without these Guardian Angels. This is why I fully support cats protection with monthly donations all down to your Liverpool team.

They are absolutely amazing what they do for cats and kittens. Adoption process was thorough as it should be. They have to make sure these beautiful cats and kitty’s go to the right homes. Forever grateful for our 2. Thank you so much you change the lives of the cats and their new families ♥️

I attended cats protection in Bridgend. The male I dealt with was very knowledgeable and gave me options based on my needs.
It’s an incredibly charity doing excellent work.
Both me and cookie (biscuit) are very happy together.

they are not interested in rehoming cats, just funding , you could have the perfect home but unless you let them play God then forget about rehoming a cat.

The posts that are on Facebook are so beautifully written and the stories about some of the cats they have helped are very emotional and it is lovely to read about the cats that have been rehomed. I have never adopted a cat from them but have been a supporter for many years.

We applied to adopt a cat, the foster family contacted us the next day, we ended up adopting and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Very responsive and great communication.

As a first time cat owner the Cats Protection in the Cotswolds, Evesham, were really good at helping me chose the right cats and answering any questions I have. The support before and after adopting gave me the confidence to go ahead and now I have two gorgeous kittens at home!

I was at my local Morrison’s supermarket over a week ago when upon exiting I noticed a cats protection van parked close to where I was with someone inside. I approached the van where there was one of your staff inside and introduced myself. She seemed very pleasant, I explained that I had a quantity of kitten wet food(Approximately £150 worth) that I wished to donate. It was arranged by herself that it could be collected from me and proceeded to take my name and contact details. She did say being a Friday that it would possibly be that afternoon or probably the following week, she said she would call, that time has now passed and nothing. Obviously in my eyes she had no intention of doing this so I decided to donate the lot to my local animal shelter in Plymouth. To say I’m very disappointed is an understatement.

From the beginning of the process, it was a positive experience with Cats Protection.
From the ease of filling in the forms and being contacted by a professional and friendly team.
We were matched perfectly with Cleo.
She is adorable and fits in well in our family, with ongoing support and care from Cats Protection.
Highly recommend if you can open your heart to adopt a cat or kitten.
