Efficient friendly service so glad we took out the policy!

Furniture Technician was excellent.
From the start he was very respectful of my home.

He was very knowledgeable and a clear communicator.

He explained the process he would follow. He was very confident that he would be able to remove the ink make on my sofa.
He explained would he would do and if that did not work what the next stage was and how he hey would colour match the leather.

The ink removal solvent worked first time then he treated the area where he had used the solvent.

I cannot see any trace of the ink nor the repair.

The sofa now looks brand new.

The man that came to adjust the chair was so friendly. Managed to alter the foot rest and get the chair moving quietly. Explained to me what the problem was. I was very satisfied.

I felt it took a long time to come out to repair my chair which was over a week, and I had to sit in a very uncomfortable chair until they came, so I was not very happy about this.

The engineer was clean and polite and considerate of my hall carpet by removing his shoes and then discovering the problem I had with my bed. Thank you for sending such a capable young man

The service was first class from the moment I was called to let me know when the repair man would come, until a gentleman arrived, at the time he said he would, replaced my USB ports in a very professional manner and also advised me on ways to enhance my sofa & keep it in tip top condition. Within an hour of the repair man leaving, I also had a call from HSL, who I bought my sofa from, asking if everything had been carried out to my satisfaction, I should say so !!
I would throughly recommend both companies and the old saying “ you get what you pay for “ could not be truer. Fantastic, and keep up the excellent work.
