I loved the rep’s at the show
I loved the rep’s at the show, but I was expecting an instruction booklet. I did not expect to have to use the phone to call and get a booklet. I still don’t have any information on how to use it although I’m stumbling through. I think this was a poor example of customer service it should have been inside the box thank you Kathy Daniels Messina

Prior to making my purchase of a laser hair device I did extensive research. Reaching out to Capillus was amazing! I had numerous questions and emails to their customer service. Each was replied to promptly and with a detail, often offering extra information. In addition, Christina was my point of contact each time, a true bonus for consistent help. Isis was great...she was very patient when I was having difficulty getting my photos uploaded and she was just very patient through the entire process. I've had my cap for almost two years. There were a couple of things going on. I sent my cap in, it was repaired and I had it back within a week.

Of all beauty investments I’ve made, this one is the most valuable and important. I have fine curly hair with an awful widows peak. I’ve been this way for years. Someone told me about red light therapy and hair restoration. I researched and this brand device was recommended by a popular plastic surgery doctor on YouTube. Made the investment and it’s worth every penny. The staff were helpful when I had questions during the order process as well as after the purchase. My hair line looks completely different. I saw noticeable results after 2 months. This is month 4. Easy to use on a daily basis. Worth every penny! My forehead even looks smaller.
