Cannondale started in a loft above a pickle factory in 1971 in Connecticut USA making bicycle luggage and a trailer to haul kids called 'the bugger'. We were one of the pioneers of high performance bicycles by using oversized aluminium tubing which gave a lighter, stiffer ride and also a technological pioneer with products including the Lefty single sided suspension system in 1999, still fitted to bikes today.

Mijn Cannondale Mavaro na 1300 km moet de cassette vervangen worden, omdat ik moet terugschakelen bij wegrijden en mag niet teveel in deze versnelling rijden. Had fijn geweest als dit bij aankoop gezegd was en vind het erg snel voor een fiets in deze prijsklasse.
No Bike...No Refund
I purchased a bike directly from Cannondale back in March (03/24/26) to my local bike shop.
Nothing fancy, just an $800 bike which i saved for a good long time to buy myself something nicer than what I was riding.
Come mid April, still no bike.
Called LBS they couldn't find it in the system. OK cool, so i reach out to Cannondale directly. 24 hours for a response. Ok that's understandable.
But i was finally informed that the bike was "lost" by FedEx.
Now here's where my issues are.
1. They dont provide tracking with purchase (I dont know if that is only with purchases to LBS or not I cannot confirm)
2. They don't even send an email saying it may be "delayed". ( i would've been more understanding and patient if this were the case)
3. Phone calls are answered with "Cannondale" not the reps name....Wonder why.
So they offer me another color that I absolutely did not want. And so i requested a refund.
This started 04/10/26. I have YET to get my refund when it was promised 3-5 days. CS rep claims it was initiated that day. I called on this past Friday, was told it would be processed and be in my account this past Monday. No such luck. Talked to them again today and was informed there was an issue in accounting and they havent recieved the bike back. How is any of that my problem? I didn't lose the bike, I don't have anything to "send back".
So I will NEVER order or support this business again, and will warn everyone I know.
I ended up going with Trek, it has been a night and day experience so far AND I have the bike in my possession already if that tells you anything.

Gik til cykel handler for at købe en cykel til min søn, i håb om bedre kvalitet var end hos Varehusene, men er så skuffet over kvaliteten på Cannondale. Har ikke kørt mange kilometer, alt er rustet, slidt og skal udskiftes til dyre penge. Kommer aldrig til at købe det mærke igen

Bought a Cannondale Habit 3 from a partner store IBK bikes. Through the retailer i was offered only £100 compensation back by Cannodale, what an insult and lack of care for the product and service. Surely for the amount of money being spent you could do far better. Will definately not be buying another Cannondale again.

Do not purchase Cannondale bike I purchased two $2,700 each bike the lady’s bike electricical burned out including burning battery terminals it was still under one warranty with 900 miles on bike. I had to threaten with legal action to get bike repaired I was informed getting parts were the problem 5 months before getting it back and it’s not correct will not maintain same speed have to peddle harder. I now have same issue with the men’s bike same model not and out of warranty so I don’t expect it to be repaired having no leverage. Do not buy their product very expensive will not hold up and unrepairable. You can spend half the price for a bike that will last longer.

Wat een geweldige allrounder is de SuperSix EVO SE2! Geweldige handling in elk terrein en ook als wegfiets te gebruiken en in (hoog)gebergte inzetbaar. Alleen andere banden of wielset. Topper!

He comprado una trail neo 4 en julio y viene sin manual de usuario, esto es especialmente importante al tratarse de una bicicleta electrica, he contactado con el vendedor , que me ha remitido un enlace de Internet, que no corresponde con la realidad y por supuesto nada del manejo eléctrico, he vuelto a contactar con el vendedor y me responde que eso es lo que les facilita Cannodale. Por otra parte no hay forma de contactar directamente con ellos. El producto es bueno pero al crecer de instrucciones de usuario te obliga a buscarte la vida y esto es increíble en una marca acreditada y de un elevado precio

There is no support for defect parts replacement. When you bought a bike used you dont get anything because only the dealer where you bought it would help you
A $6,000 Bike and Zero Support — Truly Disappointing
own a Cannondale SuperSix EVO Hi-MOD Disc 2023, a high-end bike worth around $6,000. After only two years, the “Cannondale” logo on the top tube began peeling off. It’s a cosmetic issue, but one would expect some level of support or solution from a premium brand.
I contacted Cannondale Europe multiple times, providing the model, serial number, and even my address. Their responses were confusing, vague, and completely unhelpful. They kept telling me to “contact a local dealer” without offering any clear guidance, despite having all the information needed to assist me.
Finally, I reached out to Cannondale North America, hoping for a more professional response. Their answer? That decals are “not available to the public under any circumstances.” Instead, they pointed me to a third-party website not affiliated with Cannondale to try to solve it on my own.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand in this price range. No official solution, no replacement part, not even the ability to purchase the logo that defines the product. A $6,000 bike should not come with zero support after such a short time — not even for something as basic as a brand decal.
Shame on Cannondale for how little they care once the sale is made.
No post sale support. Rude customer service
I have a several thousand dollar trial race bike from Cannondale. One small part needs to be replaced. That part is out of stock everywhere, and is rather easy to make. However, Cannondale support refuses to provide documentation for the part, or any dimensions. The customer service agent, Dave, literally suggested to use the power of the internet to crowdsource the part when he also confirmed Cannondale keeps part files of past bikes.
Not buying anymore
Bottom bracket ruined after 3 months of use?!?! And the rear wheel needs truing as the tension of the spokes is loosed?!?! I'm never buying Cannondale anymore in my life, as tried to contact them they told me to contact my store I bought, the store Evans cycle is playing dumb.
