Only three stars this time because I was contacted after my order was out for delivery that an item was missing as I was unavailable. This left me too short of time to order an alternative for my cake.

Excellent service and quality

The things I ordered came early than stated so made my day. Quick and efficient service thank you cake stuff.

The thing I dislike about cake stuff is the impersonal service

Cake Stuff as always, delivers on time, all products packed nicely and as described.

It was my first time using the company as their prices were very competitive. I now know not to use them ever again. Beside the dispatch time that was quite late (3 days just to start my order) the very late delivery date, only after they posted my order did they contact me to say something I have ordered and paid for (saracino covering paste) was not available and therefore was not sent in the parcel and they were asking me if I wanted to wait for the back order. Absolutely appalling customer service in my opinion and no consideration to the customer. It’s common sense to contact the customer BEFORE you dispatch an order if you can’t fulfill the order the customer has already paid for in order to at least try and arrange for an alternative. Which they never did. So instead of spending my time making and decorating cakes, I was desperately trying to find covering paste for a last minute/ next day delivery which was impossible therefore not being able to decorate the cakes they way I intended to. Not using them again and would not recommend to anyone either.

The cake box extensions were great for that extra height, and arrived in good condition.

Just at the last minute purchased 24 x 12.5kg fondant for the bee yards, purchased late Thursday and received Friday lunch time just can’t fault the TURNAROUND ,am in total grateful for the speed of the turn around ,it beggars belief how the courier company make a penny delivery for less than £7 I got 300kg in weight delivered . The item came in two’s to a box very hard to handle , but the packing as done the job ,but OMG loads of brown paper packing ,shame I’ve no use for it.

The items were as expected. I ordered on 25th March but not dispatched until 28th, the day I was expecting delivery. Excessive packaging.

Always good service from Cake Stuff. Very quick service and order comes well packaged.

Quite disappointed that my order never arrived. Was not given any tracking numbers for the delivery and had to contact the company for a refund which they did process quickly.
