Great thank you good products arrived complete and in good condition. Prices good. Excellent customer communication. Would recommend and will use again.

Everything was fine until I realised I was missing an item, I sent a message over a week ago and not heard a thing back, which is a shame as I’ve used the website regularly and never had a problem.
UPDATE**** missing item has been replaced and it seems I never saw the original reply, will happily continue to use Cakestuff.

I wrote you to after receiving my order (ID WEB1309439) and told you some of the sugar paste flowers were broken. I did not get a response which was disappointing.

Excellent product, good value for money. Packaged sensibly and very fast delivery.

Bought the 12.5 kg fondant to give to my bees as a winter feed. Arrived very quickly, fairly priced and pleased that I found a company that stocks the bigger quantity.

Denied they had a computer glitch and sent and charged me for 3 items not ordered. Offered to pay for return but the 7 mile round trip for courier pick up, time, and with no packing material to send back, would cost me to return. Not the first time this has happened.

My order was delayed due to the courier one phone call put this right then it got delivered next morning very efficient after initial difficulties.

I use this cake stuff for most of my cake supplies. They have a great range .and will tell you if there is no stock they will inform you

Cake stuff consistently misses small items out of my deliveries, even though these items are paid for and listed on the invoice. Both times this has happened I have emailed them and received no answer (and no refund).

My order arrives in good time, It was mostly as expected, I however recieved one item with an expired date. I contacted cake stuff using their contact form explaining the issue. To date have recieved no response which is concerning.

There is always something I forget to buy but Cake Stuff stick a really great variety of items to choose from. If it’s not in stock they’ll email you when it is available. Great choice of delivery options too!

What I ordered came as per what I requested and on time. Unusual for the Isle of Man as suppliers think we are outside the UK and add on an extra day or charge international postage!
