Great experience, very happy. From working with Jamie to get a quote we’re comfortable with, to the installation of our back door, French doors and windows, the whole process was smooth and with care. Exceptional service and quality product
Clive at the showroom was very helpful when deciding our new front door. Even created an AI generated image to show what it would look like on our front door. Caddy Windows were then very quick to conduct a site visit to measure up and within 4 weeks our new front door was fitted. We're really pleased with it! Thank you, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Excellent from start to finish
Having wanted to use a local company we were impressed with their service and the completed works, namely a replacement front door and new glazing in a bedroom window. Clive provided clear information on the available options during the initial home visit; Matt completed the survey; Joe dealt with an agreed change to the order; Keiran and Charlie arrived on time to complete the works in a timely manner; and the works were checked thoroughly by Craig, the Installations Manager, who also provide helpful advice on the exterior cleaning of the front door. Excellent from start to finish.

Professional and quick with very friendly service and approach.
Scott, the fitter, was professional, clean and friendly. He did everything in a timely manner too. I am very happy with the service and my new windows and doors. I used the company for the second time and I'd highly recommend it.

Great service, great windows!
We had great service from start to finish! Our windows were installed by Kieran last week and he didn't stop all day, despite the terrible non-stop rain. Dust sheets all over the place to protect our flooring and beds, plus he was so tidy. Highly recommend Caddy Windows!

We chose Caddy windows on a recommendation from a friend, and very glad that we did. We had all the windows and doors replaced and they are all excellent quality. Mike our installer was amazing, from day one he just got on with the job, putting dust sheets down and clearing away afterwards leaving everything clean and tidy. He was a very pleasant young man, easy to get on with and can’t praise and thank him enough for all his hard work over the week he was here.

Fantastic customer service
Caddy Windows installed a window for me 4 years ago and the window is great. The only problem is, at some point over the last few months I lost the key to open it (having locked it to stop my young daughter from leaning out of the window!). Today Jamie went out of his way to find me a replacement key, calling me back twice to make sure he had got the right one, which he then gave me for free. I would like to say a huge thank you to Jamie for his fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend Caddy Windows as a great company!
