New Composite Front Door.
We had a new composite front door assembly fitted in March. Unfortunately there were a few issues with the installation which were brought to the attention of Caddy Windows. The problems were dealt with promptly; we had a site visit from Craig who agreed with all our comments and he arranged for a visit to put things right. This has now been completed. Our complaint was dealt with professionally and Craig actually attended our home with Mark to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Both Craig and Mark did a great job and didn’t leave our property until they were sure we were happy. I judge an organisation on how it deals with complaints and I can’t fault the service we received, particularly from Craig.

The entire experience with Caddy was…
The entire experience with Caddy was great. From how you can design your window or door and get an accurate quote, to booking people to actually come in the house.
They made that entire experience very frictionless.
Then we got our door installed. The installer was professional, efficient and cleaned up after the installation.
The door looks great and is also doing the insulation job we wanted it to do really well.
I can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely love my Caddy windows and doors.
From the initial contact, survey and fitting I can not fault the service.
Was kept informed at all times, with regular updates.
The installation was scheduled around me, with panicky questions answered kindly and efficiently.
The engineer Mike was an amazingly skilled and efficient worker, updating constantly, cleaning and tidying as he went, even going the extra mile by texting me to make sure I was happy and giving 'what next' advice.

We were impressed by the communication…
We were impressed by the communication with Caddy leading up to the installation. Queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. The installation went smoothly and the team were polite and friendly and they worked hard against the clock to complete the job. They were generally tidy but there was quite a bit of tidying up outside in particular left for us to do. We are very pleased with the windows and I would recommend this company. It would have been good to know that a standard size wood trim is used for all window surrounds regardless of the size of the window. We would have preferred this to be smaller for the smaller windows. Overall the work was done to a good standard and we are pleased with the final result.

a great experience from start to finish, excellent sales showroom and ordering service. Door turned up a couple of weeks early, and was very professionally installed, with fitter tidying up after themselves. The quality of the door is outstanding and for the price offers excellent VFM. Cannot recommend enough.

Everyone I spoke to has been very friendly and helpful. Quick turnaround between booking a visit and having the actual fitting, and on the day of the fitting I was really impressed with how efficient and tidy the whole fitting was. Really pleased with our new window as well.

Very professional outfit from first…
Very professional outfit from first contact with an enquiry through to installation sign-off. Great products, too, combined with a high quality finish to the wood surround installation and making plaster good (no sanding required). Cannot recommend highly enough. If you’re thinking about getting double glazed windows , go to Caddy.

After comparing a few window companies, we decided on Caddy Windows to replace 3 windows and a front door and were very pleased we used them. The surveyors and installers were all professional and easy to work with and the overall service was seamless. Brilliant company…
The guys arrived exactly on time and were courteous, respectful and most of all tidy! We had no post installation clean up to do other than putting our curtains and blinds back up.
I would thoroughly recommend Caddy Windows to anyone looking for a hardworking, honest company.
As a postscript, we had Mark visit to install an anti lift device to the sliding patio door. He did the job with no fuss in 10 minutes.

Excellent Experience
We had a new stable style front door fitted today.
Firstly it was two weeks earlier than expected and the fitter arrived earlier than scheduled. He was polite, hard working, tidy and executed the whole job perfectly with exceptional attention to detail. Thank you Mike, we are delighted.
