Door sticking fixed immediately
There was a small issue with my newly fitted door sticking slightly on closing - Craig and Mark did a great job of explaining the problem , fixing it without fuss and leaving the place clean and tidy - excellent work thanks. Thanks also to Jenna for her great communication and helpful emails

I can't fault these guys, turned up exactly when they said they would. Did a perfect job installing, zero mess left behind. They gave us a clear demonstration of how it all worked and were really polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Replacement doors and windows.
Windows were planned well by Greg and the cost was reasonable. We were kept informed of installation date regularly by Joe. The fitters Dan and Dan were pleasant, efficient and arrived on time. The couple of minor problems, which the fitters told us about, following installation were sorted quickly by Craig. Overall the whole process was smooth and not stressful. Particularly considering we had all the windows, back door and a very large front door replaced. We would recommend this company.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. They came over and clearly explained all of my options, came to the best option and even tweaked the order very quickly when we changed our minds on some bits. Reasonably priced too.
The install was done quickly (2 hours for 2 windows), professionally and they even hoovered through the house where they'd been walking after.
Cannot recommend enough, we'll be using them again next year when we need to get the other windows done.

A+++ service from Caddy. Faultless.
Just had some windows fitted on Tuesday and can’t find any fault with the service from start to finish.
The quote arrived quickly and once we confirmed the order a surveyor arrived to confirm all details were correct. Door and windows took a few weeks to manufacture but a date was confirmed quickly.
On the day of fitting, Sam and his colleague (sorry I can’t remember his name but he deserves a mention and equal praise) arrived early, and started protecting the area, they took their shoes off when walking through the house and were polite and professional at all times. The quality of installation was brilliant and they took great care to ensure all was perfect.
They took time at the end to show me how the bifold opened and explained the Fensa process.
Perfect from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

We had our windows fitted today by Ricky and Jamie from Caddy Windows. They did a top job, all went to plan, arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the job and were exceptionally tidy with the work. Great service, highly recommend Caddy Windows! Our initial contact was with Jamie, he was polite and knowledgeable when he came to the house. We were kept informed on the installation date etc. Jamie & Ricky came to fit the bi-fold doors, arriving punctually. They were brilliant, very professional guys. The installation and making the job good after was some of the best service I’ve had. Love the new doors. The only criticism I have is not much information was given on the price of servicing to keep the 10 year guarantee active.
