The flowers arrived nearly dead and there was no card which I paid extra for so not only did me mum get half dead flowers for Mother's Day she didn't get a card so I was extremely let down. I used you because it said been going so many years I thought cool support you lot over say another known brand and I won't do that again because you let me and my mum down

The flowers were delivered late and half dead

I ordered Mother's Day flowers and asked for them to be delivered on the day, I paid for the Royal mail delivery, the flowers did not arrive on mother's day, they arrived on the Monday at 12pm. Extremely disappointed, since I spent £40 for flowers for my mum who lives miles away from me. I did message bunches, to be told sorry it's a 93% chance they will be delivered. What a joke!

Flowers came on time but I purchased some mothers day flowers and was quite disappointed when I saw them. I paid around £27 for a bunch of flowers that were small- you can probably get more in a £4 bunch from the supermarket.

Delivery was late. Contacted customer service and was subjected to attempted gaslighting. Customer service are extremely rude and will contradict themselves from one message to the next.

I ordered a hand tied posy for my mother for Mother’s Day and was surprised firstly by how little flowers were in the bouquet compared to what I ordered and secondly they were of a very poor standard, not improving days letter.

I’ve used Bunches a few times and have always been really pleased. However, this time I ordered a bouquet for my 87 year old mother for Mother’s Day and requested delivery for the Saturday as I wanted her to receive them before the actual day. Royal Mail made an error and sent them to the wrong sorting office so they were eventually delivered late on the Sunday (Mother’s Day). They were very wilted, 1 of the roses was dead and the other 2 died within a day. Whilst the other flowers did pick up a bit they have not lasted as well as they should so it was very disappointing as I wanted it to be a special gift for my mum.

Update 23rd March: Bunches responded to my complaint immediately and will be sending my mother another bouquet tomorrow. They also apologised even though it wasn’t their fault but Royal Mail’s. Their customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend them having used them several times before without any problems

As always beautiful flowers delivered to my mother on time the day requested. Due to them being letterbox flowers they arrive in bud but after a day or two they open beautifully and last for weeks. I have used bunches for a couple of years now and they have never disappointed wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. They have just arrived three days late and look like they have been in a van for three days. Shambolic service. I am thoroughly disappointed.

I ordered an orchid to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day and paid £35 for the orchid, plus postage etc. It arrived 2 days early and the orchid that arrived was extremely disappointing for £35. I have complained to them and they haven't replied. I will never use them again.
