I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day from this company for the first time this year. Normally my mother says how lovely her flowers are but this year she commented they were the best ever! I also liked that when you came to pay there was no added delivery cost. I will definitely be using this company again.

Beautiful flowers, delivered exactly when they said they would. A lovely range of bouquets and gifts for Mother's day. My mother-in-law was delighted (no mean feat!)

Beautiful flowers delivered when expected

I have used Bunches for years and have always been very pleased with the flowers they send. My daughter is the main recipient and says how much she loves them. The flowers always are fresh and last for at least two weeks.

Hi, very disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day.

I chose the Mother's Day bunch which arrived at the specified date, beautifully packaged, with informative leaflets. The website showed a beautiful photo. What arrived, was very sparse, even after waiting a few days for the buds to open. The website stated that the bunch included 6 stems of spray carnations although my Mother-in- Law thinks only 3 stems were actually received. There was definitely more eucalyptus in the bunch received than what was stated on the website. My Mother-in-Law was very disappointed and actually said that a bunch from a service station would have contained more flowers. She has had to buy more to make a reasonable bunch. This is highly embarrassing. I feel completely let down by this company. When parents live miles away we have no other option than to trust companies like this one. I will not be using them again nor recommending them.

Arrived at my mum in perfect condition and on time they where just has described will definitely use this company again

Ordered flowers to be delivered on mothers day (15th of march) however arrived a day late in evening time (16th of march) so kinda ruined the moment. Flowers were pretty though.

Well 1 of the bunches I ordered got there on Mother’s day but the other was 2 days late 😕

Really poor flowers, poor customer service and terrible delivery by Royal Mail.

I ordered a week before Mother’s Day. Selected a Mothers Day bunch of flowers and a Mother’s Day card and biscuit as a gift.

Choose ‘Mothers Day’ as my delivery date (surprise surprise), flowers didn’t arrive on Mothers Day, so they next day I emailed customer services.

“We have looked into your order a little more closely, we can see that you had chosen our Royal Mail Tracked delivery. This service can take up to 2 days to arrive, however, a very high percentage of orders do arrive on your selected date but sadly can fall into the following day.

We make every effort to make the 2-day delivery window clear throughout the ordering process, however, we are sorry if you missed this information on this occasion.

Your gift should arrive no later than 7:30pm today, but if this does fail to arrive, please do let us know.

Unfortunately, we cannot escalate this unless Royal Mail fails to deliver within their guaranteed 1-2 day timeframe. If this does occur, please advise us on reply to this email and we will do our best to assist you further.”

So basically tough, not going to help you.

The flowers themselves were of poor quality, shrivelled and mostly cheap carnations, my mum was pretty upset to be honest and so was I.

Wouldn’t recommend Bunches and won’t ever order from them again.

Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. I was a bit disappointed that the flowers delivered were not as nice as the photo on the website suggested they would be. The bouquet did not look as full. Sadly it is not possible attach photos to show the difference.

Quality was poor a £40 worth of flowers looked like a £10 bunch from tesco and half were dead .

Ordered from them probably 10 times now and have recommended them to loads of people, the best service and flowers!!!

Ive used bunches for a few years, however the last order i pais for one of.the items didn't turn up on mothers day otherwise I.would have given bunches a 5 star, the flowers are always fresh and last for a long time. And the goods are always delivered on time. Literally the first time they got something not quite perfect on reflection maybe 3 stars was a bit harsh, as I didn't give them the chance to rectify the discrepancy. So im changing it to 4stars. Only advice I can give to make it better is to double check everything ordered is there and accounted for, that is me being picky, as its the first time in years ish that a mistake was made. I will continue to use them.

Really average bouquet that was smaller than the kind you would get in a supermarket 1/4 of the price. Quite a rip off and disappointing for the recipient

Internet site easy to use and the photo's of the flowers fully reflects what is delivered. Delivery was within the promised time frame and according to the recipient the flowers were fresh and still maintaining colour and fragrance.Will always use Bunches great value wonderful service always provided.

Disappointed, paid for delivery for it to be delivered 2 days late.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Bunches. The flowers arrived late, which was especially frustrating as they were meant for Mother’s Day and ended up arriving after the day had passed, making the whole surprise feel pointless.

When the flowers did arrive, they looked completely different from the picture shown online. The online photo showed a fuller bouquet with more flowers, but what I received had noticeably fewer stems and looked quite sparse in comparison. It felt very misleading and not what I paid for.

Another issue was the condition and preparation of the flowers. Some of the stems had been cut very short while others were much longer, which made it very difficult to arrange them nicely in a vase. The bouquet just didn’t come together well at all because of this.

Overall, the biggest problem is that the product I received did not match what was advertised online. Between the late delivery and the smaller, different-looking bouquet, I feel very let down. I wouldn’t order again based on this experience.
