Purchase was for Mother's Day, really great plant arrived a day early to my mum. She loved it.

A dead plant and a failure to put right
The plant I ordered for Mothers’ Day arrived dead. It was bone dry and its petals were brown.
I contacted customer services who offered to send a replacement plant. I pointed out that the day was missed and that that wouldn’t really work. They acknowledged this and offered a refund which I accepted.
They then said they hoped I would use their service again. I replied that I would not, as in spite of the assurance of an apology to me they hadn’t actually put things right with my mother-in-law. A genuine apology would have included a small symbolic gesture - for example, adding a small box of chocolates or writing a card. The human element was missing from the situation.

As I'm living in Australia, it's hard knowing which company to use. I have used a few others and been disappointed with the display and quality of the flowers. However, I tried you guys and cannot fault you at all. Both my mum and mother-in-law were very happy with the flowers. 😊
