Sorry but I have not yet received the goods and have not had a delivery update.

These tiles were even more beautiful than depicted in the photos on line.really easy to work with.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I placed an order for tile which the order went quick and they took my money even faster. But trying to get a hold of somebody is endless. After five days of ordering I never received an email with shipping info been trying for 7 days to have contact with someone regarding my order. Their lot chat says someone is ready and waiting that's a lie. Try to send an email wouldn't go through error. Tried to call the number does not work. Finally I've got a hold of someone unlock chat because I tried day and night everyday. They told me they would send my tracking information within 2 hours via email 5 days later still nothing. Back to trying live chat day and night every day finally someone came on. Told him I needed tracking it though it's been 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone and my work crew is on standstill for this tile. He only came back to tell me they were out of that product. Told me they told me this information via email. That's a lie. The only email I received was confirmation of order and Paypal payment receipt the day of my order. Nothing within the two weeks after. So I am not getting no tile my work crew has been on hold with no pay and I built my whole bathroom around this tile. Very upset the worst communication and customer service ever.

The tile is exactly as photographed, color is true. What I did not expect was the quality. Exceptional. The metal is attached to a ceramic tile for backing, other tile makers, tiles with metal are open backed. All the tiles are straight and true. Can not wait to see it on the wall. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Ordered, then received an email for feedback, tiles arrived before expected, came from Amazon, but I ordered direct from company, although Amazon does carry this tile. Super pleased.

Received it very quickly at address. Would just love if you could ship to South Africa. Had to buy through an United States Shipping Company. But apart from that.... BEAUTIFUL product and excellent service.

I was SOO happy with my purchase. I purchased this exact tile over a year ago for my Design Client. It made a beautiful backsplash for their entire Kitchen. When they built an outdoor kitchen/barbeque, they asked for the same abalone fish scale mosaic. I ordered it, or what I thought was it. Later,
I received an email from Knicks at Bravotti. He was worried because the color/shade of the tile was not the same I had ordered before. We talked it out, he found stock on the correct tile and had it shipped out super quickly.

Bravotti offered the most beautiful, amazing tiles that I have ever seen anywhere else. The item we ordered is far more beautiful in person than its picture - which was amazing. Company contact via email was very pleasant. Received the order in timely fashion and all tiles were undamaged. If I could give this company more than 10 stars I would. Wonderful company and absolutely beautiful products!!!!

I was very impressed the delivery of the sample tiles since they were originally on back order. The packaging was nice so it didn’t break in transit.

I only wish the sample tiles are the actual size of tile to truly see how it would look.

If I could rate it 0 I would, still no tile over a month and now they won’t even answer my requests for a tracking number. Stay away

We selected a tile that had to be laid down in a pattern of several tile squares for each repetition of the pattern. They custom built the tile set to center the pattern in the actual space we had - this took several communications back forth. Once agreed they made the tile set and these then arrived here in less than a week
