Dear Sirs,
Please send my money that you took out of my credit card or send the merchandise. Before I will be forced to get a lawyer to settle this matter in court. You should not do false advertisement and get people 's money especially mine.

They have filed bankruptcy!! No way to get info and Crate and Barrel said kick rocks… not our problem

I don't recommend purchasing items through Modsy.com. I was very satisfied with the design of my living room but was over charged $500 for the items purchased and I'm still waiting for a backordered item. There is no response to emails, no easily available phone number, and no correspondence updating me on status of the backordered item. While they claim you have unlimited design changes, the link to the designer is disabled after a couple of months (so don't lag on decisions).

I was disappointed. When I "applied" for services, I stated I was primarily in search of paint colors and window treatments. My large living room has cove ceilings and that is were I needed the most design help. Turns out their 3D renderings can't do cove ceilings. They don't recommend window treatments. The designer can do paint colors but they make money on what they sell which paint is not one of those things. But as I bought two rooms, neither room was dimensioned properly. I provided detail measurements. The excuse was the CAD operators worked in Ukraine so I should be sympathetic to their lack of attention to my designs. Despite these things, the results from Modsy are interesting enough to imagine what the room designs could be.

Modsy is a fabulous platform but unfortunately they have gone out of business leaving customers with no means to contact them.

The worst experience ever.
They charged money for 45 min consultation with designer. I got 2 projects which were totally basic. New wall color on the wall and rug. This not worth $250. This is not worth even $50.
Better idea I could find on Pinterest for free.
Absolutely not recommend this company!

The vendor they partner with for art work is a fail. I’ve had issues such as wood separating at the corners and the back peeling off within 6 months. I contacted Modsy and they offered me 10% off the products.Why would I want their junk hanging in my house? No thanks!

The day I was supposed to meet with my designer I receive a vague cancellation email saying they would reschedule. When I reached out a few days later to customer service I received and even more vague response about them working through a time of transition. So far, no actual design help!!

Is this some kind of joke? Modsy states by paying the styling fee you will receive a design with revisions and you can purchase the items through them. However, this is an outright lie. I couldn't locate half of the items from my design with outside sellers. Modsy's response..."the items might be listed under different names but you can always do a reverse photo search." Thanks for wasting my time and money. Is this even legal...to outright say you offer certain services when in actuality this is far from the truth.

I loved my design and my designer was awesome! A very wonderful experience and I definitely think I will be back for more rooms!

I needed some design advice on pulling a room together for multi age grandchildren at our lake house and sought help thru Modsey. I truly enjoyed the experience, my designer was quick to message me back, her designs were to my taste. I gave it 4stars only because I loved the bunk beds but were out of my budget😁

Flexible helpful but limited expertise? My designer has been so great at pulling together different ideas so I can get a sense of what we want to do. I'm not sure what their experience or background is, but so far it been more me guiding than my designer telling me recommendations. If you need some help looking at different layouts and a sounding board, this is really great.

I was hoping for a little more professional input with this but I don't feel the money was wasted. Having someone make a ton of virtual 3D renderings has really helped me get a feel for things. My designer has been helping with some ideas I had no considered.

I'm glad I used them for this project. I'm sure it's very dependent on the designer that you get paired with. I'm pleased with what I've gotten based on what I paid for for sure. I'd start with one room and see how you feel about the experience before committing to multiple rooms.

Jennifer W, my designer was amazing! She reached out several times after my initial consultation to get an understanding of my style and preferences. The attention to detail to make sure she designed for me, not a "style" really impressed me.
Love her designs and the one I selected is turning out gorgeous! So excited about my new living room design, color, furniture, and artwork. I could not have selected all these pieces and colors myself.

The only downside, and not a designer issue, is the recommended pieces. I am a shopper so of course, researched and found all the pieces recommended at a lower prices, therefore order the pieces outside of Modsy.

My designer, Matthew, did a fabulous job!! He listened to my goals for the space, and executed! My design came out beautifully! Thanks to Modsy, I have no decorating stress!

Aside from a glitch in app thst did not render swaps properly, this was a really fun experience. My designer is super creative and communicative, and I am excited to begin my next project.

I waited to sign up and wish I hadn’t. The process was so easy and I’m very happy with the results.

Sarah is great! She understood exactly what I was looking for and created an amazing design with very little additional direction. I loved the experience and bought 3 more rooms to have her design!

Janessa was great! She was extremely prompt with spot on adjustments/recommendations. She made the process really easy and quick.

McKenzie is an incredible designer. I highly recommend her.
