etricycle to walk the dog

I bought the etricycle to be able to walk my dog, I am handicapped and cannot walk the distance he requires. The etricycle was great for about 11 months. It was stable doesn't tip over. Tells you how fast and far we went. We were very happy. Last month it stopped going more than a few blocks. This was so disappointing. I contacted Jaxpety and they assisted in trying to get it working. After several discussions with Jaxpety it was revealed the problem was not repairable. The etricycle was still under warranty and Jaxpety honored the warranty and made everything right. I am happy with the result and am able to walk my dog again.

FRADULENT MISREPRSENTATION

I bought the 37.4 in. W x 15.8 in. D x 30.7 in. Assembled Tilt-out Trash Cabinet in White Kitchen Trash Can with deodorizer Device online through Home Depot. First, it says it's assembled, which it isn't. Also, when I bought it, the highlights indicated the following:

Kitchen garbage cabinet is partially pre-assembled, so the quick assembly function will save time (this product should not be placed in a humid environment)

When I picked it up at Home Depot, it was in a box and wasn't even partially assembled.

I showed Home Depot that the indication was that it was partially pre-assembled, so that it could function as a quick assembly. They called Jaxpety to find why it didn't come assembled or even partially assembled. After the phone call, Jaxpety changed the highlight to leave out "partially pre-assembled, so the quick assembly function will save time" as indicated below:

Product needs to be installed by yourself and comes with detailed installation instructions if you encounter any problems during installation or use, please contact us

This is fraudulent misrepresentation. The consequences can include paying damages to the victim, facing legal penalties, and potentially being charged with a crime.

They deliberately indicated "partially pre-assembled, so the quick assembly function will save time" to entice me or anyone who saw the highlight to purchase their product. After I had already paid for it, they changed the wording of the highlight.

I currently have it unboxed at my home. I don't want a refund; I want the assembled/partially assembled product I purchased.

I plan to seek legal action.

Missing components from kit and customer service didn't care

Ordered the 4 x 6 shed and the kit was missing some of the door components. Upon contacting Jaxpety, they took my information and asked which components were missing. I gave them the numbers from the installation diagrams and they said they would send them out. It never happened and after I called back several times, the continued to ignore me and never send the few components I needed to finish installing the doors.

Decent table but won't work for us

The item came quickly and in great condition. I bought it for my elderly mom. Once it was assembled, we discovered it won't work for her. She leans on things to get up/down and the table is not sturdy enough for her to use. Don't get me wrong, it is a fairly sturdy table just not for putting your body weight on it. I'm giving 4 stars based on account I have to pay return shipping if I choose to send it back based on this info from their website: Shipping charges for returns are not reimbursed under the following conditions:

Subjective cause, such as“don’t like/want/need the product, order a wrong item, order by mistake” etc.
Do not fit the size (Please read the product dimension carefully before purchase)
Any other return for non-quality reasons.

Had I read the return policy I would have ordered one elsewhere.

days w/ no answer. seems bait and switch

for three days no answer. why would i buy a soaking tub before i know depth of water? that's all i'm asking cause their listing shows two conflicting things: both "water depth" and entire depth of tub from rim to bottom, as 17". Can't be. If latter is true than have to go down 2", 3" or even 4" to below overflow drain- which is where water would of course stop filling up. ... making the tub several inches higher than the 17" shown. But, they appear to want to deceive since all they need to do is answer, in writing, what the actual height the water level can go to? Again, they know their 17" makes no sense, unless the bottom to rim is inches higher and I doubt it is. What's so hard if you're not doing a bait and switch? I shouldn't need to buy a $1000 plus tub before I know this answer!
FOLLOW UP: finally, learned it is about 12.5", big difference from 17" if you want a soaking tub.

It’s perfect for my needs

It’s perfect for my needs. Peeling the protective plastic off of some parts was not fun and very time consuming. Directions too vague at times. Beware, some panels have more holes (for a specific purpose 10 steps later) even though the part numbers are all the same. Same part number panels are not interchangeable.
