REFERRAL PROGRAM SCAM
So this company has a referral program. I referred almost 25 friends of mine and they only rewarded me for a couple of them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I contact their customer support everyday and they just give the same computerized answer. They are not providing me with any details on the matter either. it's been almost 35 Days. It's so frustrating to see these scammers get away with this.
*Update 22nd April 2025: The team reached out to me. They explained that the issue was in their wallet and sorted it quickly. I’ve received my rewards and now i’m enjoying em.

Prezzi molto convenienti e connessione più che discreta: fa ciò che promette. Non do cinque stelle perché negli ultimi 4 mesi all'estero mi è capitato almeno un paio di volte di rimanere senza connessione per poche ore a causa di interventi di manutenzione (risolti nel giro di max 2 ore). Nel mio caso non è stato un grande problema, ma per un turista non è il massimo

Doesn't work! Waste of money! I was only able to see if it works after arriving in Japan in March '25, but I never got connected when automatic carrier selection is on. I chatted with the BNESIM support and was told to select KDDI manually. After that I was able to get connected, for no more than 2 mins each time in a series of unsuccessful attempts. I then chatted with the support again. This time they said this case will be escalated to the advanced team and I'd be hearing from them within 24 hrs. Yes, you're right! The never responded to me afterwards! Sadly speaking, this is the second time I run into the same situation with them. I bought another esim in 10 mins from EIOTCLUB and I got continuous, stable connection ever since. So which one is the scam?

DE: Guter Service, es ist der einzige Dienst, den ich gefunden habe, der den Kauf von Datenpaketen ohne Tagesablauf ermöglicht. Man kauft eine bestimmte Anzahl von GB und kann sie unbegrenzt nutzen, bis sie aufgebraucht sind. Die Preise sind nicht die günstigsten, aber es hängt vom Zielland ab. Schade, dass die IP-Adresse nicht immer aus dem Zielland stammt – in meinem Fall habe ich Daten für die Schweiz gekauft, aber die IP-Adresse war französisch.
FR: Bon service, c'est le seul service que j'ai trouvé qui permet d'acheter des forfaits de données sans date d'expiration. On achète un certain nombre de Go et on peut les utiliser indéfiniment jusqu'à leur épuisement. Les prix ne sont pas parmi les plus bas, mais cela dépend du pays de destination. Dommage que l'adresse IP ne soit pas toujours celle du pays de destination – dans mon cas, j'ai acheté des données pour la Suisse, mais l'adresse IP était française.
IT: Buon servizio, è l'unico servizio che ho trovato che permette di acquistare pacchetti dati senza scadenza a giorni. Si acquista un certo numero di GB e si possono usare per tempo indeterminato fino al loro esaurimento.Come prezzi non è tra i più economici, ma dipende dal paese di destinazione. Peccato che l'indirizzo IP non sia sempre del paese di destinazione, nel mio caso ho comprato dei dati per la Svizzera e l'indirizzo IP è Francese

Used bnesim for a trip to Turkey. Price was really cheap for 20gb data for 30 days. So easy to set up esim. The app is brilliant. I really like I can keep track of my data usage with one click. Will definitely continue using the app for different countries as well.

Débits locaux épouvantables en Égypte
Horrible expérience avec BNEsim.
Des dizaines de mails, des heures perdues, plusieurs eSIM testées pour corriger le problème, rien à faire
Et à chaque fois les interlocuteurs différents à qui il faut tout réexpliquer.
Pour résumer la 4G vendue par le site pour une utilisation en Égypte n’a donné au mieux que des débits Edge , quand ça voulait bien fonctionner (le plus souvent rien ne passait).
Pendant plusieurs jours, on m’a dit que c’était la configuration qui était mauvaise pour finalement reconnaître qu’il n’y avait pas d’engagement sur la qualité de service, bien que l’opérateur local utilise fournisse une ligne de très bonne qualité ( que j’ai testé par ailleurs avec une autre ligne sur mon téléphone). Questions d’accords.
Bref on vous vend du rêve qui ne marche pas.

2 eSims (tablet and phone)
I have an eSim for the whole of Europe in my tablet and a local Bosnian eSim in my phone. Both work perfectly fine. It was an easy and cheap way to have mobile data in a country outside of the normal EU roaming tariffs.
And I use my tablet so much more on the go, without having to worry for data.

Excellent e-sim provider for Asia & Europe
I have used BNESIM in S-Korea; Thailand; Turkey and Europe incl Switzerland. I have never had a problem with activating; paying or coverage. Pricing is good and I feel there is great value for money. I can honestly recommend them as a great e-sim provider.

The service is very poor
The service is very poor. Bought the sim with 5gb internet for £12. I regretted it because it hardly works in hurghada egypt. Couldn't even book uber few times. I would say better to buy a local sim card than waste money on this crap.

The BNE E Sim provider is a scam
The BNE E Sim provider is a scam. When you purchase a plan, they initially provide the data amount paid for. But then when you top up with the credit paid for, the message says “payment failed” The largely absent customer service promises to manually top up but they don’t execute. I believe the business model is to bait and cheat.
