j'ai souscrit une offre data en decembre 2025

J'ai souscrit une offre data en début décembre 2025 pour la france à 1€ 43, puis 1€ de frais de réinstallation de la esim.
Mais sur mon relevé de compte bancaire apparaissent 1 fois 3€49 puis 1 fois 3€06 le même jour.
Apres verification de Bnesim, en faite c'est MA banque qui m'a prélevé une commission pour chaque opération sans le préciser ,Bnesim se trouvant en dehors de la zone euro "attention donc aux frais bancaires parfois pas claires". malgré cela, bnesim m'a remboursé les montants débités et et le mois en cours.
Bravo pour le service client!.

Comme expliqué par email, l’analyse de votre dossier a pris plus de temps que prévu, car les montants que vous avez signalés n’apparaissent ni dans notre système ni dans celui de notre prestataire de paiement (Stripe).

Pour plus de clarté, nous avons mené une enquête détaillée comprenant :
• l’examen de toutes les transactions liées à votre compte BNESIM,
• une vérification complète des relevés de paiement Stripe,
• l’analyse de l’ensemble des transactions traitées le 9 décembre 2025.

À l’issue de cette investigation, nous confirmons qu’aucun débit de 3,49 € ni de 3,06 € n’a été traité ou perçu par BNESIM. Les seuls prélèvements confirmés liés à votre compte et à votre carte sont :
• 1,43 € pour l’offre data,
• 1,00 € pour les frais de réinstallation de l’eSIM.

Par la suite, nous avons étudié la grille tarifaire de votre banque et confirmé qu’elle applique des frais supplémentaires aux paiements par carte effectués auprès d’entreprises situées en dehors de la zone euro. Ces frais bancaires correspondent aux montants supplémentaires figurant sur votre relevé bancaire et ne sont ni facturés ni perçus par BNESIM.

As explained to you by email, investigating your case took longer than expected because the amounts you reported do not appear in our system nor in that of our payment provider (Stripe).

To clarify, we carried out a detailed investigation that included:
• a review of all transactions linked to your BNESIM account,
• a full check of Stripe payment records,
• and a review of every transaction processed on December 9, 2025.

Based on this investigation, we can confirm that no charges of €3.49 or €3.06 were processed or received by BNESIM. The only confirmed charges linked to your account and card are:
• €1.43 for the data plan,
• €1.00 for the eSIM reinstallation fee.

Following this, we researched your bank’s fee structure and confirmed that it applies additional charges to card payments made to businesses located outside the Euro area. These bank-applied fees correspond to the extra amounts shown on your bank statement and are not charged or collected by BNESIM.

Although these fees originate from the bank and are outside of our control, we nevertheless credited your BNE wallet with the amount of these charges, along with an additional goodwill compensation for the delay in resolving the case.

Vorsicht bei unlimited Tarifen!

Habe mir für den Schweizurlaub zunächst eine 5GB eSIM geholt. Alles problemlos. Nachdem sich herausgestellt hat, dass das WLAN im Haus nicht funktioniert, habe ich mir den Unlimited Tarif für 10 Tage dazu gebucht.

Leider wurden zunächst die 5 GB weiter verbraucht, obwohl ich diese gerne nach auslaufen des Unlimited Tarifs weiter genutzt hätte. Minuspunkt.

Nachdem die 5 GB weg waren, ist leider die Internetgeschwindigkeit extrem eingebrochen. Wir reden hier von 0,9Mbps Up und 1Mbps down bei bester LTE Verbindung.

Damit lässt sich nicht wirklich arbeiten. Selbst browsing, Musik streaming etc. ist ein Krampf. Über Fotos in die Cloud schicken braucht man nicht einmal nachzudenken.

Enttäuschend! Schließlich habe ich ja nicht ohne Grund Unlimited gekauft. So lässt sich der Tarif nicht annähernd ausnutzen.

Kunden-Support wurde daraufhin kontaktiert. Die scheinen nicht sonderlich kompetent zu sein. War an der Stelle aber auch keine Überraschung mehr.

We’d like to clarify an important point regarding our Unlimited data plans. These plans include 3GB of high-speed data per day. Once this daily allowance is used, the connection speed is reduced to 1 Mbps, as per our Fair Usage Policy.

This information is clearly stated on the product page before purchase, and the speeds you mentioned (around 0.9–1 Mbps) are exactly in line with what is expected after the high-speed allowance is consumed. This also matches the screenshot you shared with our support team.

Data starts counting after purchasing and not activating.

Data/days starts counting after purchasing. When I activate the 30 days sim card, I already lost 15 days. Other companies sell esim/data that starts when you activate the esim.

To clarify, our 30-day data plans begin as soon as they are purchased. However, we offer the ability to schedule the activation on the checkout page, which allows you to select a start date for your plan, giving you more control over when it begins.

Additionally, our lifetime data plans are a great option for those who want even more flexibility. While the plan starts as soon as it’s purchased, the data never expires, so any unused data can still be used, even after a year.

These are things our competitors don’t offer.

Buyer Beware

Download the app however you constantly receive an error message when trying to purchase an Esim, meaning it's impossible to make the purchase. When you contact the Help & Support you will be even more frustrated due to their inactivity and lack of solutions... Buyer beware!!!

Pessima esperienza (EDIT)

Ho acquistato una sim venerdì 12 dicembre, ma purtroppo mi è stata fornita una sim vuota senza il quantitativo di gb acquistati.
Ad oggi, 14 dicembre, sono ancora in una situazione di stallo nonostante uno scambio di mail inutili con l'assistenza, la quale mi risponde con mail pre confezionate rimbalzando continuamente il problema.
EDIT: il 16 dicembre il supporto clienti ha risolto la questione, accreditandomi i gb acquistati e fornendomi un credito aggiuntivo di 10 monete per acquistare una nuova sim.
Apprezzo il gesto ma i tempi di gestione della problematica sono stati troppo lunghi a mio parere.
Valuterò di rivalutare la recensione a seguito del mio utilizzo

Vorsicht!!

Ich würde Vorsicht walten lassen, ich habe mehrfach über dieses Unternehmen eSIM Karten benutzt und mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlt und einen Monat später wurde meine Karte missbräuchlich auf den „Philippinen für eine Flugbuchung“ entfremdet.

All payments are handled exclusively through Stripe, one of the world’s most secure and reputable payment gateways, certified to the highest PCI standards.
This means your card details are never stored, seen, or accessed by BNESIM at any time — they are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe.

Suggesting that BNESIM has misused your card is therefore incorrect.
Credit card fraud can unfortunately occur through many channels unrelated to the last merchant you transacted with, and attributing it without evidence is misleading.

We take such allegations very seriously, as they can cause reputational harm.

BNESIM has been one of the best eSIM services I’ve used. The setup was extremely quick, and the app makes it easy to manage data plans and top-ups wherever I am. The connection has been stable and fast in every country I visited, and I never had to worry about roaming fees or hunting for a local SIM.

This service is just straight up scam

This service is just straight up scam. I opened an account and wanted to buy some E-sim for my travelling. I dont like using my credit card too much for online services because im afraid of being scammed. I Bought BNE Coins using a crypto currency and weeks after buying i still did not receive anything credited on my account. I contacted the live support 3 times and always get told that i need to wait for an reply and will get it within 24 Hours. Ofcourse those replys never came and now im just hoping that i did not get scammed. This is very frustrating and im telling yall DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It cant be called a service just a straight up scam. Taking your money and not replying anymore. Modern Corporate Scam

Super Preise, ohne Probleme

Ich habe bereits die 6. Esim-karte gekauft, super günstig und ich hatte nie Probleme. Allerdings ist die Qualität immer unterschiedlich: 3x für Thailand gekauft, erste war eher schlecht, die 2. super, leider nicht mehr im Angebot, und die dritte ganz ok. Terrible technical support and customer service

Usually the connectivity is no issue.
This time, I travelled to India and the sim never worked. Reached out to customer service, sent screen shots of set up, and apn settings but no solution. They keep telling me it’s being escalated to higher team but no response from them in 3 days.
Their customer service is a joke. Don’t expect to be treated with fairness
